This is a good idea. I’m just wondering though if there isn’t too much back and forth when working with realtors since they will want posts to be done for new listings, properties sold, open houses, property price changes, testimonials, etc. so I’m concerned that I wouldn’t be able to plan and schedule the content in advance for a month because they would send me things to post as events happen. How did you manage this?
Thanks for the video. Have you ever had anyone ask about how you come up with content? I’m not plumber, don’t know much about it, not a real estate agent, don’t know much about that either. Also, what are your thoughts on recycling content? New content every day for even 6 months seems daunting.
Great question! No, I just look at other people in the same industry and see what gets a lot of engagement. I also use the AI tool like o showed in the video to come up with the text for a lot of them. Hopefully that helps!
The only other thing I pay for is my own usage for email and text credits. Those are less than a penny per email/text in most cases. I typically spend around $10-$20/mo. For your customers, you can have them attach their credit card and cover their own usage for these, and on the top plan for HighLevel, you can also "rebill" for these meaning you can make a little money on the usage. For example if an email costs a penny, you can charge 2 pennies (if you want to). Let me know if that makes sense. Here is my free course if you'd like more info: freesaasclass.com
You could if you want. Or you can buy generic ones from Etsy. There are a ton of softwares that will pull shorts from longer videos using AI. That might be worth looking at too.
Hey Eddie! I haven’t personally, but I’ve seen several people on HighLevel that work with that niche. I like that niche because insurance is mandatory for many things, so it is more recession proof than other industries.
Sure thing! There are tons of fb groups where they give out their contact info. Look in local buy sell trade groups. Or just google real estate agents in (insert city name). Hopefully that helps.

Great point! For this low of a price point, I just do templated posts. For things that change like weekly listings, I’d charge more.

Hey, will I get access to your help if I register using your link?
Yes! Great question. Thanks for watching!
What if the client also wants short videos like reels. How would you create those? Would you need content from the client?
You could if you want. Or you can buy generic ones from Etsy. There are a ton of softwares that will pull shorts from longer videos using AI. That might be worth looking at too.
One more question. Have you had any experience working with independent insurance agents? If so, how did it go? Thinking on that as a niche.
Hey Eddie! I haven’t personally, but I’ve seen several people on HighLevel that work with that niche. I like that niche because insurance is mandatory for many things, so it is more recession proof than other industries.
@@jasonedwards-tv thanks again…Cheers!
Hi GHL pro can you tell how to find real estate agent clients?
Sure thing! There are tons of fb groups where they give out their contact info. Look in local buy sell trade groups.
Or just google real estate agents in (insert city name).
Hopefully that helps.
How many emails or DM's should I send a day?
500 a day
Yep...a LOT...you need to be spending the majority of your time prospecting
