sir abhi tak kabhi koi case nahi aaya related to sec 60 provisional assessment ki aap assessee se interest ke naam par loot rahe ho 18% par aur refund de rahe ho 6% woh bhi after 60th day matlab yeh toh wahi baat hogayi ki Govt bina baat ke 12% kha rahi hai
I mean people who practice IDT aur joh lawyers hai unhe toh appeal karni chahiye na
