I rode out to the BRO Santa Barbara this summer. We did 1900+ from Utah in a big loop through Northern California and down the PCH. So much fun, looking forward to going to BRO Borregos or wherever next Fall, will have to haul it out in a trailer due to snow and freezing rain conditions could happen at any time during that time of year. 👍. We had a great time meeting everyone and camping and the beautiful twisty roads.
We can't lane split in Utah but we can 'Filter'. That means on streets where the speed limit is 45mph or less, when traffic is stopped, and there is more than one through lane, like at a light. You can filter to the front. It's meant to be safer than being stuck between cars at a light. I love it. If we could split here, I would.
It was great meeting you in Borrego Springs! When I was on 2 wheels, lane splitting freaked me out! I'm on 3 wheels now and I get pissed sitting in traffic: especially in the Sacramento heat. More pissed when a 2 wheeler spilts the lane and I'm on my spyder frying 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But... It is what it is and l love traveling on my spyder 🕷️🏍️
Great ride Queen! Videos are great! It's great watching one of my girls from a teenager to now having the time of her life! Enjoy and be safe traveling!
I drive truck for a living, plus ride my Harley’s. I’ve seen many bad things with lane splitting. From riders getting pinned between vehicles, people opening doors as they come up beside them, many senseless injuries and deaths. I will not do it. But that’s just my opinion. Enjoy your videos enjoy the ride
In South Africa we lane split and it's convenient... I used to be scared to at first but the more I rode the more necessary it became to lane split. It's safer than someone bumping you from behind in peak traffic. I love it cos you stay moving.
What up Queen. I supported if you do it's right safely you got to watch out though. It's better than standing there in traffic legs shaking.👍🏽🤪.🙏🏽❤❤❤🙋🏽♂️👌🏽😎😎😎.
Great video as always. I’ve been waiting to see when you would go to Cali. Miss my State. Yeah we can lane split big time 😂. I live in Florida now and I’ve asked people can you do that here. Everyone was like NOOOO, absolutely not. I was like: “dang, ok”. 😂. It’s easier to do in Cali. Our traffic is extremely heavy to do so. Ride safe Queen✊🏽
Good quality video as usual. I personally think lane splitting/filtering is dangerous. An increase risk for accidents and lives lost is probably why it is illegal in Canada. Having said that, I think it would be so cool to sit on a bike that Beyoncé did a photoshoot with. Right on!
California is a beautiful freaking state. I say that as a Texan, but West Coast is just a vibe! As a former truck driver, those views must be amazing on a bike because they are gorgeous from the windshield of an 18 wheeler as well! Lane splitting... 😑 if it's legal in your state, go right ahead. I do not advise it next to trucks. Stay away from us, please. You can lane split with 4 wheelers all day. Stay your ass away from our trucks, for your own safely. In the Motorcycle Safety Course, I remember them telling us to stay away from trucks because of turbulence and suction (or whatever). I don't really care for lane splitting in Texas. One it's illegal... and when I see it, it never looks safe. To me. Stay safe out there. I hope to make it to Babes Ride Out... one day... just gotta get a bike first. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Lane splitting is a given in the UK. People almost move out of your way to let motorcyclists through if you are sat near. Never had a problem with it personally.
I don’t mind lane splitting if cagers cooperate. It would be nice if the gov would take a few inches of the emergency lane and make it motorcycle exclusive lane.
I currently live in California and I love lane splitting. Keep in mind, when you take your written drivers test at the DMV, it is in the Bi-laws for both vehicle and moto drivers to respect and abide by the rules of lane splitting. So all drivers have no choice but to respect it. Also, I find that drivers are very courteous to bikers who lane split.
I understand the thought process behind it especially in heavily packed highways. We don't want the bikes to overheat. My concern as always are the people in their automobiles. Oh my seat belt is stuck in the door! So they open the door as a rider tries to pass. Their coat was caught in the door. So many reasons! As a rider we naturally do not trust people in their cars. Big risk riding between two vehicles. I have been hit twice my faith in automobile drivers is a little lacking. Thanks for the video!
Lane splitting could have a place in gridlock traffic, however, just doing it could create dangerous situations for those driving cars that has no idea what lane splitting is...
I don't know about the lane splitting. I was worried watching that a car's driver would get angry and open their door or turn their car because they didn't see you... Sometimes it feels not fair to the other drivers on the road. I mean motorcyclists want cars to respect them on the road so why not wait like everyone else. I'm back and forth with it. But glad yall got through safely.
I wouldn't suggest doing it all the time because it can be bad for you far as your insurance because someone don't see you and hit you you can be penalized
I would not support lane splitting in my area because I know people would get offended and engage in road rage 🤦. Too many snobbish drivers here. I think it largely depends on culture of the state and experience of the rider. Whats up with that modular helmet. Hinge needs adjustment? I see once the drinks start flowing the shenanigans be starting
I think lane splitting is good. In St. Louis, I’ve had someone rear ended me and almost always get too close at lights. Lane splitting protects riders in my opinion
I don’t support it because people are crazy and it to dangerous to me, if the cars are stuck in traffic they want bikers to be stuck in traffic also. You’ll never know who’s on a ego trip or had a bad day at work and do a heinous act and open the door or cut you off
Thanks for watching! Do you like lane splitting or hate it?
I like lane filtering, I feel lane splitting is dangerous tho. Lane filtering is low speed only
Not for me safe travels Queen.Sit. ARKANSAS Badlands
I’m from Cali so I love it
that looked like a great time, that lane splitting though lol not sure about it. great video Queen
😱🤔 FUNCTIONALITY AND FLASH! 🏍❤️👍

Gevin Fox ~ A Legend
Great video I love everything & it was 17 mins hope its a to be continued.
Lane split no prob but be on lookout all time for those that don't look.ride freee QUEEN 🔥😉
In California drivers expect motorcycles to lane split and they give you room. It’s safest to split between lanes 1 and 2 (the left lanes).

Can’t wait to see more 🤙🏼

I would like lane splitting to be in any state where the temps reach above 90°. However it would require them to widen all the roads to accommodate

Lane splitting? Love it.

I support lane splitting because it helps the rider. Be careful out there QueenSit😊😊😊

Go for it your young better get it time flys by fast
Great video Queen.. looks like y’all had an amazing time.
Hey Queen Sit. Happy Holidays!!!!!
I lane split in Texas where it is illegal, but I refuse to sit in traffic. Texans are pretty cool about too, at least in my town
“Omg omg omg”😂😂😂😂 how are you able to see through your dark visor helmet with sunglasses on?
😂 I’m still tryna figure it out
Glad you had a great time, can’t wait to see your next trip.✌️❤️🎣

I support lane spilting in moderation because u have to be careful someone can jump out on you 👌

In all my years of riding, I had never lane split. But if I lived in a big city with terrible traffic I probably would.
Awesome. Enjoy the trip. Be safe on them 2’s. God bless
The best
This video of babes ride out was awesome! Looks like so much fun.
Not sure about lane splitting though.
I love lane splitting!

I did it twice because I was running late, but I don’t like white lining .
I have done it before it’s not my go to tho. But if it’s a traffic jam I have to, don’t want my bike sitting just to overheat.

I support lane splitting at a safe speed..
👍

Lane splitting and lane filtering needs to be legal in every state.
👌💪👍
Told you Cali hills are friendly
How did you like Pasadena? I live and work in Pasadena.
I wouldn't suggest doing it all the time because it can be bad for you far as your insurance because someone don't see you and hit you you can be penalized
Howdy dude
I don’t mind lane splitting but someone not riding on 2’s might not like it. Becareful with some ppl on the road
I see your camera woman decided to drive instead of riding piggyback again. I don't blame her. Lane splitting. I get it, but not in Georgia.
We had to rent a car from St. Louis. Stay tuned for next video. She still got on back.
Don’t like nor support at least here in Atlanta
Lane splitting should be legal in all 50 states...
I don't think lane splitting is safe at all, and following someone who is doing forces you out of your comfort zone, not a good idea...
I think lane splitting is good. In St. Louis, I’ve had someone rear ended me and almost always get too close at lights. Lane splitting protects riders in my opinion
Lane splitting is not for me, I don't trust anyone in a vehicle.
Please get some gloves baby, hand protection

Oh snap! I follow Becky on Insta and she seems so cool af. Hope to meet her!
