I have read (and heard from my audiologist) never to use ALCOHOL wipes, but rather, the wipes specifically made for hearing aids., because alcohol can damage hearing aids.

I bought one set rechargeable oticon from India Kerala thiruvella but within one week no sound went doctor he clean and give to me back that works ones week now me in Texas next month going Canada what I can do.this charges very good,when taken and put right ear the left side making sound. And finish light and what I can do how long this warranty. Happy to hear from anyone

You don’t use alcohol wipes cuz it will degrade the plastic dome over time use a non alcohol wet wipe

The plastic domes should be replaced every few weeks, anyway, so alcohol can't damage them in that short a time.

my push button mode switches are sticky and don't return to their natural position ,how do I clean the debris build up between the hearing aid body and the toggle switch, is there a special tool to open them up ..
