If they really want to focus &TEAM in Japan market and going global at the same time, reduce the local staffs. The company direction now is too Japanese style. Not suits to tackle global audiences.

Even in posting short videos they are inconsistent, when all groups are competing to be active and post on 3 platforms at once (insta, youtube, tiktok), hlj only posts in certain locations and does so rarely. 🥲
Yeah they mostly post 30 seconds reels and I love them all and have been supporting some since I-Land but the posts are very inconsistent sometimes I forget to check up on them because so much time passes😭
