We're so glad to be able to share it. All credit to John Gruber's vision, and his extensive travel and research with John Ryan and Mel Patrick to make this happen.
Superb program! Thank you for posting. BTW I have your outstanding book on Beebe and Clegg. The book and video have greatly expanded my understanding and appreciation of their work.
Thank you, Cliff! John, John, and Mel's research shed a lot of new light on Beebe and Clegg, and all of us at the Center are glad to be able to help share their findings.
I have seen a photo of Beebe and Clegg posing /sitting on the pilot of the Maine Two Footer # 8 of the Bridgton & Harrison RR circa 1940/41. Beebe was approached by one or more of the rail fans trying to save the B&H for funding but were turned down.
The Century..at Newton(Brighton) or weston Mass..prior 2..1938?😊the family business was on South St. Boston A street over from south station(NyNh&h... B&A)wolverine second choice!
This was absolutely wonderful! Loved every moment! Oh to live a life like Beebe...he may not be a traditional role model but he is one of mine.
Thank you for doing this. I've been enchanted with Clegg and Beebe since my father bought me Highball decades ago.

The library in Wakefield Mass was named after him and he's buried there as well
