Excellent video brother!❤ I'm not from computer background at all but hoping to replace HDD with SSD and also upgrade RAM by myself. Preparing myself for the task by reading theory and watching videos (yours is quite helpful!).
I have 2 questions (may sound silly)
1) How to protect internal components from static electrical discharge from our body while opening back lid and working?
2) Which software would you recommend for cloning HDD to SSD?

Since there are two slots for Ram can you use the old existing one and just add a ram stick to the slot beside it?

My wife has similar laptop but 7000 séries. The trackpad more then not buttons don't work so I ordered a new one from Dell as I wanted to get the right one.

@@ItsBinhRepaired It mostly went well. It works BUT not good at pushing down holding to scroll. also drag and drop. The ONLY reason she has the Dell she wanted portable small laptop and insurance payed for it.Had HP Envoy but died.

EBay good on finding motherboards. I replaced mine on a netbook several years ago as the charging plug broke off.
