Yes, but He gave Holy Spirit to lead us on how a believer should live plus the whole New Testament

John 16:12 onwards, we see how Jesus wanted to teach his disciples many more things. But he couldnt. So he sent the Holy Spirit who would lead us into ALL Truth. So if you think, only the Gospels are Jesus's teachings, then you are in error. If you want to make a conclusive statement about what Jesus did or did not teach, then take the entire New Testament into consideration and prepare a new list.

A conclusive study would also require people not taking lightly how Jesus directly told us to follow the laws of Moses but to avoid the laws that Pharisees added unto the law of Moses which in fact is breaking the law due to addition just as removal does:
      Mattityahu (Mat) 23:1‭-‬4 CJB
Then Yeshua addressed the crowds and his talmidim: “The Torah-teachers and the P’rushim,” he said, “sit in the seat of Moshe. So whatever they tell you, take care to do it. But don’t do what they do, because they talk but don’t act! They tie heavy loads onto people’s shoulders but won’t lift a finger to help carry them.
We must also remember keeping and teaching or not about the commandments decided ones heavenly status and that we have risk of hellfire for even calling our brother in God a fool therefore showing once saved always saved is also invalid amongst other verses that show such:
      Matthew 5:17-22
"Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. "You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.' But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire.

Well he may not have taught on such but the law given unto Moses does and Jesus told us to follow and do all that law which does have commands about clothing and outward things. He just told us not to follow the Pharisees in their additional laws which added to the word of God and therefore broke a command of God similarly as to removing from the word of God in the Christian churches today.
To love God with all our heart mind and soul would mean we would want to avoid the things he hates and do what he hoped for his special chosen people to do... If we truly do love him we would find ourselves doing this and it not being burdensome because it's through love and faith that we do such
    1 John 5:2-3
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
