    This! This is the best content for user experience, I've been taking many courses but all those courses just talk about the theories, but this is the content all the designers needs, you showed us how it's like on the site when doing research, thank you, keep doing this!

    This is exactly what I need. I searched everywhere to find an real-world example in which people show the end-to-end process of facilitation and it’s on a real product. This is the first one I found and it has everything I want. Super helpful!

    I really loved the live walkthrough.
    I felt like an observer in the room with you, and you stripped away all the pretty and got right into what we need to get started. Thank you so much!

    This is the most helpful UX video I’ve seen because you actually showed us a real life example of how it’s like to do this research method LIVE. It’s so golden and valuable, I’m learning so much by observing than any other UX video that just talks about the method or topic. Thanks so much for creating such amazing valuable content. It’s been gold since I’ve started my UX journey.

    I found it really insightful to be able to observe a real session. This kind of practical scenario makes it much easier to learn!

      Glad you liked it. Design is a hard and dirty process, I don't want my content to be glossy and display the wrong reality to up and coming designers. More to come!

    Thank you! The video is really helpful for me. How does the customer journey mapping work if you interviewed more than one person then each person has different phases?

    Nice video. i have couple of queries. How do you define which sticky note goes to which section like actions, why, pinpoint etc. for example you have put "Channel depend upon on the limitation, directly dependant upon the phone next to her, " in why section. i don't understand how you grouped them in why. if you can clarify how to do decide them it would be great. Can you please share the journey map you have created with this user to give us an idea how you arrived to the map. thanks

      Hey, check my previous videos on the lanes. In the end you as a UX researcher know what's relevant and where it should land. As mentioned in the video for facilitation preparation I'd advise to record it or have an additional researchers to capture more notes, you can then place them as appropriate after the workshop. The journey map is too incomplete to be shared - as people will take that as a done and dusted thing - as mentioned in the video you'd want to dig deeper to uncover relevant themes and so the map would most likely triple in the insights.

    Your site is on maintenance. You should create a course on journey mapping, unless that is what you are planning to do

    Hi, would you recomment to have the user sit next to you and be able to see the journey map you are creating? Thank you :)

    • @vaexperience
      @vaexperience  Рік тому +1

      It's not typical to do so sitting side by side. But you could do a whiteboard session doing the same or map things on a call using Miro etc. if your users or stakeholders of any sort are remote. Sometimes you'll have to map things after the interview or research session... it's really up to you
