I, like many here, have the same problem, I can't find speakers. There is no power button, only a switch button and it is not possible to reset the speakers. Does anyone know how to reset the speakers?

Pour ceux qui ont les problèmes de connections bluetooth pour réinitialiser 1-mettez en charge et vous allumez votre appareil 2-maintenez la touche M 5 seconde (touche bluetooth,FM mode) le bluetooth sera réinitialiser ensuite rentrer dans vos paramètres bluetooth et réessayer la connection.
I do experience that challenge with my iPhone 6. But all my other phones & devices don’t have such challenges. It happens because the distance of connection is limited with certain devices. So avoid getting the phone far from the speaker.

Okay charge. Put it On. Press and Hold both Bluetooth key and Power key together for some seconds. It should reset. If this doesn’t work too let me know please.

Have you charged when you bought it. Try charging it and see. If it persists. Then it’s a battery issue.

Why do you want to reset it please? I think you should disconnect the Bluetooth with the device if you want to connect another device.

I bought mine but when i charge mine,its tells me " power down please recharge" and its on power.
Change the charger 🔌 and make sure you see the lights on when charging
I got the c15s but the battery isn't lasting as long as it should. Please what can I do 🙏
The battery has spoilt. You can go for replacement or connect it to power always as you use.
I got one it connected successfully but it always stop playing after few minutes (no sound from the speaker but keeps playing on my phone)

Have you connected with your device or phone. After the connection the blinking light will stop.

Once you switch to radio with antenna up. Press the +plus option to search for frequencies.
