27:18 When i was a kid, that area used to have a Netopia. Then in 2020 it became a victim of the many Philippine computer netshops to close because of the pandemic, and now the Netopia that was in that area is gone.
Davao City got wasted by a crook Mayor and a Crook Political Family. I dont think the businesses here will all prosper but those businessmen that will bribe will get the big benefit and big profit but the low level businessmen will have a hard time to catch up. Huge disparity in society. Many urban poor in Davao City with very few elites controlling the businesses. Very unfair and unbalanced society.
