My top 5 for PvE: 1. Mother’s Lament 2. Cutthroat’s Grin (if u are not a necro and this is the most ubderrated gem in the game) 3. Pain Clasp 4. Fervent Fang (if u are not a necro) 5. Bloody Reach (If u are ranged and no2 if you are necro) Note that Berserkers Eye is actually better than followers burden. In my necro setup I use both but follower’s burden is in 8th place and would replace it if a better gem releases.
Cutthroat was already c tier at best, now that mother's lament is out it's 100% useless F tier. 4gloom or banquet also provides more crit. Power and command is way more universally useful. Cutthroat had a minor niche for raid bosses and maybe boss-heavy dungeons, but seriously, scrap this POS.
Hey! Don't forget you can use Kir Sling with Feasting Baron set, 4/6 bonus set is one of the most underrated bonus in the game. I have a rank 5 Kir Sling that I use for PvP only: it's very cheap and still effective.
Habo, there is one thing will put Pain Clasp to top 1. Even enemy is suffering continuously damage which is not from u, u will still get damage increase from pain clasp. I have done this test.
Max Bloody Reach range is extremely far btw. It’s at the very edge of the corner of your screen. Pain clasp can be triggered by allies or anyone in your raid. Cut throat is one of your best 2 star as a melee class for raids and bosses since it is very easy to get behind them.
Yet if you are F2P then you are shooting yourself in the foot if you get cutthroat gr8n bloody reach or any class specific gem . The problem may not be noticeable at first . However of you decide to change classes later on ,you will be dissuaded from doing so due to the expense of having to get ne gems . My recommendation is to stick with what will work with any class if you are free to play . My suggestions would be 1. Ferverant Fang ( If you purchase battle pass ) 2. Mother's Lament 3. Vipers bite 4. Pain clasp 5. Ignious scorn 6. Power and command 7. Berserkers eye 8. Everlasting torment 9. Blessed pebble . If you 100 percent free to play and not not want the burden of leveling any 5 star gems you get. These are the gems you should be using period on any class .everything else is a waste . Don't waste your time to get yourself stuck later on . These are the only 1 and 2 star gems you should be using.
Hello, I'm stuck with my 5* gems because I'm f2p and i can't level them up. these are bottled hope, starfire shard, hilt of many realms, and void spark. should I extract their power and use 2* gems instead?
P&C is more viable now because I think every class has buff skill now. For example DH knockback and impale. so it doesn't really matter what state you use because primary and skill works at the same time. same with Barb, WotB is always on and with the frenzy build. For sader, condemn almost permanently on too. I mean you get the idea. :)
Why use core when there's void spark that does everything better? Even at rank 1 itself, void spark in PVE does more consistent and better damage than core.
You forgot or didn't mentioned that 9200 reso costs over 20000 $. Who is laughing now? And ... a f2p can stop play any time without feel bad. A spender is stucked/forced to play or its all of a waste of money. So it's 100x times harder to stop if you decide and it will hurts a lot physically. Zomding laik daaaat!🎵🎶.... =D

Is not the best. It is only good in raids imo. Open world is useless, dungeons is good at the start of new inferno but then boss die before I get max stack.

So yeah this is the best pve gem in game . Btw yes I’m only using this gem on boss fight , CR , dongeon solo Open world and other thing I switch for void

@@Joker-TMF can confirm. im a monk and use all of these along with vipers bite, blood soaked jade (because its too good to swich for any 2 star gem), berserkers eye and caarsens invigoration (because theyre the best 1 star gems for monk and easy to get to rank 10

I’d love to use pain clasp but I’d have to sacrifice a hefty amount of reso and in BG all buffs are reduced so it isn’t worth it for me
