Go back to recovery and reset the tablet again. After entering the Wi-Fi password quickly turn off your Wi-Fi router. This is to prevent the phone from checking for updates.
Redo the procedure again until you reach the point where you need to search the 'Morse code'. Turn your router on now and wait for the tablet to connect. Continue the process from here. It's too late now for the tablet to determine that the UA-cam is out of date.
