Rasenshuriken was only damaging as a "melee" attack because it exploded in Naruto's hand. Once he got sage mode and could throw it, it wasn't dangerous to him anymore.
True, but I think it more refers to it being dangerous to the “average” ninja. (For example the Multi-Shadow Clone jutsu is forbidden, but it is not dangerous to someone that has high Chakra levels like an Uzumaki) Most ninja can’t access sage mode, and also don’t have Naruto’s healing factor so it’s just recommended they don’t attempt to use the rasenshuriken because they would most likely die. I mean there are very very very few people who could even potentially learn it, so it still seems kind of pointless to make it forbidden. 🤷🏼♂️
@@SpankyyNinja Tsunade basically forbade Naruto from using it because of the damage it did to him after fighting Kakuzu. Labeling it "kinjutsu" was just the way of doing that. It certainly wasn't because she was worried that people less than Naruto would use it. This all became moot when he learned to throw it.
But it didn’t explode in his hand. After he made contact it flew off with kakazu pinned to it and then exploded.
@@Nether2342 Him slamming it into his opponent makes him physically touch the rotating blades. It’s like shoving a rotating saw/chainsaw blade into someone without the handle.
That’s the whole point of why he wanted to learn to throw it.
That's what I thought too. Gotta get those fine details out there lol
Kishimoto did not actually forget that Rasenshuriken damaged your own body when using it. Every time after the first its used against Kakuzu there has been a different element that changed how Rasenshuriken was utilized. When it came to Pain, the nature energy of Sage mode stabilized the Rasenshuriken enough that it could be thrown, which is good because now Naruto is not caught in the Blast when he delivers Rasenshuriken. See that was the issue with it, it's not directed enough towards the enemy, so when it's used from the hand Naruto's arm was receiving essentially jutsu recoil. Going forward Naruto never uses Rasenshuriken without some form of nature energy within it when he throws it. He goes into Sage mode to throw it at Madara in the Fourth War, he uses it in Six Paths Sage Mode in the final battles, and he throws it only once hes reached Sage Mode Kurama Chakra Mode. In KCM1 Naruto uses the chakra arms he can now make to "throw" the Rasenshuriken away from his body, since hes not familiar enough with nature energy to do it on the fly like he can post Six Paths. Its actually one of the more consistent things in Naruto, and something I commend Kishimoto for, because it shows that Naruto is smart when it comes to creative problem solving.
Factssss
Factssssd
Yeah that’s what I said as well. It also depending on how much chakra is poured into the technique can cause mass destruction. Like Madara’s Meteor’s range from country level plus to multi-continental, and using a Rasenshuriken variant Naruto could destroy those meteors.
every other time after kakuzu naruto either threw it or used kurama chakra to hold it, the resenshuriken only hurt naruto when it exploded just holding one was fine
Didn’t naruto use it in base during the last movie
The Hidden Stone Kinjustu is probably banned because of the third mouth, the chest mouth. Where the user sacrifices their own life in order to take out everything within a roughly one to two mile radius. Violating the Mass Destruction and Self sacrifice rules.
Oh yeah that makes a lot of sense
My thought was it was against the laws of nature by adding 3 more mouths and the self destruction part would be from the explosive clay/ explosion release
I was about to say the same thing. Its the kablewie n suicide thats the issue
@@NCHammer23 i think in addition to those, the fact that makes you have mouths on your hands, so that is a violation of natural law
It also violate the natural order since not everyone can satisfy themselves with the use of this kinjutsu ;)
I think the status "forbidden" just means a jutsu normally shouldn't be taught to anyone but a select few. Once someone learns it, the damage is done. So no one stops them from using the jutsu itself. When Tsunade designated Rasenshuriken as forbidden, as it damaged the user too much, I think she just added it to the list as she would any other but specifically ordered Naruto not to use it only because of who he was. A valuable Jinchuriki and clearly someone Tsnuade viewed as a like son/little brother. Rasenshuriken would damage his cells each time he used it, eventually stopping him from using chakra and possibly killing him. Still, if it was anyone else, I think she would only label it as forbidden, telling him to use it only when necessary but not outright ordering him not to.
I concur sheriff
Well he also could just heal the arm considered he is the Nine Tail Jinchuriki and we have all seen open wounds getting sealed up in matter of seconds on Naruto
@@adityasuresh9812 Not really. The wind blades pierce every cell they hit, disconnecting them from the Chakra Circulatory System and so preventing them from providing their physical energy to the chakra-creation process. Because of this, the target loses their ability to create and mould chakra, "damage which cannot be healed by medical ninjutsu", according to Tsunade. So if no medial ninjutsu can't heal it, I doubt Nine Tails chakra could. Also, maybe because the cells are disconnected from the Chakra Circulatory System, the nine tails chakra wouldn't even be able to get to them. But the sage chakra Naruto gets from Hagoromo might work. Since it can create new complex organs, such as the eyeball, Naruto made for Kakashi. Mabe that chakra could make new cells that are connected to the CCS.
Yeah, forbidden jutsu's aren't normally taught and any information on them is suppressed. Any jutsu can be used maliciously, so unless someone is handing out forbidden jutsu's for dummies or fireballing houses then there's no real punishment.
I always thought of it as a formality too. Like, if you're on their team and use their forbidden jutsu, it's a slap on the wrist, but if you're the enemy using any forbidden jutsu but ESPECIALLY one from your side, it's go time
I swear this man can't help but make 40+ min videos. Thanks for the content hammer.
This man's like tekking101 for Naruto.
Im not about to complain! Haha i left the space they fill in my day
you know when you have so much anime knowledge packed into your head its easy to continue talking haha but its like listening to an expert in a subject so its easy to listen
Also correct me if I'm wrong. I just finished the video, but the first time naruto used rasenshuriken he didn't throw it, and that's why it damaged naruto. Then after he got sage mode he learned to throw it removing that danger.... right?
@@beestg.r.h.7148 that's the first thing I thought when I read the comment
Actually I believe night guy bending space time makes perfect sense. The theory of relativity states, in a very condensed version, that the faster and object moves the slower it experienced time. So since with night guy you move incredibly fast you start experiencing time differently which can be seen as a form of bending spacetime. Maybe not 100% scientifically accurate but for me it's enough to makes sense in Naruto context.
Actually the science behind it is that the closer an object moves to the speed of light, the heavier it becomes.
The Flash uses that principle as well, with the Infinite Mass Punch. Bring his fist very near to the speed of light, which makes the impact behave as though the mass was infinite. I have no idea how he doesn't vaporizes himself doing that, but its probably speed force mojo.
exactly, speed and mass can be almost exchanged, so in order to alter the flow of time or the gravitational pull, you can use large mass or large speeds, and from that my only concern with Night Guy was: why the F he took so long to reach Madara? god dammit, they were standing next to each other!
@@erumabo My biggest concern was that he didn't kill Madara but that one's a close second.
@@erumabomy biggest concern is why they didn't show more slow mo Madara blood splatter and bone destruction. In the storm games night guy RAMMED MADARA UP THE DIVINE TREE
Thats how's you make a LEGEND like might guy die
Fun science fact as objects approach the speed of light they get heavier as well. In short if you are just shy of the speed of light and you add more energy to accelerate the object faster it is turned in to mass instead. Learned this when studying how particle colliders work.
Well sorta. The object has more inertia in some reference frames but in its own rest frame the mass unchanged.
yeah. and that also means light is a state of matter because if the atoms move they will go through a state of matter. which means that when mass goes to fast it will turn into light
@@badbeardbill9956 yes that’s true I was just trying to keep it simple with out going in to reference frames. From the reference frame of about to be hit by an object going just below the speed of light it is true though.
The reason naruto still uses the rasenshuriken is because it is safe for him to use since he can now throw it (in sage mode or sage of six path mode) instead of involving himself in the attack.
When Naruto had learned the rasenshuriken he did not learn how to throw it so when he hit the rasenshuriken on kakuzu he involved himself in the attack when the rasenshuriken exploded destroying not only kakuzu's body at a cellular level but also the hand which he was holding the rasenshuriken with during the attack. This damage was done by some microscopic needles from the rasenshuriken which destroyed the cells of naruto's hand and arm and kakuzu's body hence causing tsunade to make the rasenshuriken a forbiden jutsu since it harmed the user.
But after naruto had learned how to enter sage mode he was sneaking out at night in mount myoboku (during the pain arc) to try and perfect the rasenshuriken eventually learning how to throw it so he would not have to hold the rasenshuriken while it exploded on the opponent hence not involving himself in the attack.
For modes like kcm1 or kcm2, naruto would create limbs out of chakra for which he would use for the attack rather than his own arm's and hands so his cells would not be destroyed by the microscopic needles produced by the explosion of the rasenshuriken which is why naruto still uses rasenshuriken to this day.
same thoughts i had when i heard him talk about it. idk if it's been a while since he's watched it but it's a pretty obvious conclusion
Fandom: Hey Mr Kishimoto do you wanna do something with this concept you introduced?
Kshimoto: Nah fam I'm way to busy creating plot holes but here you have another doujutsu
I remember you stating that the Minato's Soul had it's arms destroyed by the Truth Seeker orbs because the arms Minato lost during the fight seemed to be missing when the Impure Summoning jutsu was released.
However I have an alternate theory about that. Minato's arms had already been released from the jutsu, by the Truth Seeker Orbs. Minato's arms arrived in the Pure Lands before Minato himself.
Which must have really weirded out Kushina. One after another, her husbands arms appear next to her in the afterlife, hours before Minato himself appears and attaches to them.
There is a precedent for this as Orochimaru's soul arms were also in a separate realm.
That wiuld be funny
Hey Nick big fan!! Naruto only got his Chakra network injured by the futon rasengan because it wasn't throwable yet, he had to be close just like the rasengan to land a hit. Once he mastered the jutsu and was able to throw it it became non damaging to naruto.
Glad somebody pointed this out.
You beat me to it.
technically Futon Rasengan, is not Rasenshuriken. Rasenshuriken is a further refinement of Futon Rasengan whereby he adds four additional points of chakra focus along the central core, giving it its shuriken shape.
For those wondering why this used to hurt Naruto, its because he was essentially in the blast radius of Rasenshuriken when he was meleeing with it and that would mean getting hit by some of the cellular destroying wind blades the jutsu was creating. When he figured out how to throw it, this removes the risk to the user entirely.
Kishimoto did forget about something else though, wherein Naruto was initially only able to throw rasenshuriken because of sagemode and nature energy. However, he used mini-Rasenshuriken when he unlocked the Chakra mode, which begs to question, does that mean he can throw Rasenshurikens without nature energy at all now?
@@joeyng3040 Yes he can. I theorize the reason Sage Mode was is initially used when Naruto learned how to throw the Rasenshuriken is because without it he couldn’t stabilize it making it throwable.
If you use a forbidden jutsu, you become hokage…
Because usually kinjutsu are so chakra intensive they would destroy most peoples chakra networks
Um actually, Night Guy does follow physics. And you began to explain it.
The mass of the blood is part of it for sure, I would assume acting as the gravity center for the soon to be massed (as a verb), meaning made into mass, Chakra. Chakra is energy. And energy equals mass multiplied by the speed of light squared. E=mc^2. General Relativity explains how energy, of any type, can be converted into mass and vice-versa.
So, I would argue that Night Guy converts Chakra into additional mass, coagulating on the blood vapors. I could have said condensing, but I chose coagulating because blood.
The now mass-ed energy along with the blood has enough gravity to bend spacetime.
This has been your physics lesson for the day.

What I love about Edo tensei is that it canonize heaven and also the fact that Tobirama, the guy who created the jutsu itself, a jutsu that goes against the rules of nature to the most extreme point, and the guy who decided to use the same jutsu to commit warcrime by creating immortal infinite suicide bombers, has canonicly gone to heaven since edo tensei can be used on him.
but kakashi's father is in eternal limbo because he unalived himself, which is so terribly wrong in the naruto universe that you are barred from ninja heaven. rip kakashi dad. At least we have great guys like tobirama.
There has to be some rules to going to ninja heaven, because all of the akatsuki were able to be revived with it as well, meaning they all went to ninja heaven
@@CluelessCarter i think limbo may be more mental than the world itself bc of how obito was in limbo after he died to death

The Pure lands isn’t Heaven, it’s just an afterlife in the series. Any and every soul of people end up in the Pure Land, since Edo Tensei can only bring souls from the Pure Lands, that’s why the first four Hokages weren’t brought back since their souls weren’t in the Pure Lands.
You know… maybe the reason why we see people using forbidden jutsu’s all the time, with no consequences, is because you need the permission of a kage to use it.
Think about it, except the for villains, the good guys using forbidden jutsus are always either the current kage, their successors, or people who easily surpass the current kage. Beyond that, it would make sense for the people who determine what jutsus to ban, to be able to give pardon to those who’ve proved they can use them safely.
Naruto invented Rasenshuriken, so of course he can use it safely, and he mastered multi shadow clone jutsu as a kid, and has never had a hitch in his power while using it.
Minato is… well he’s Minato, he made flying raijin famous, and was the Hokage when he used reaper death seal. Same goes for Hiruzen.
Tobirama invented three forbidden jutsus, so of course he can use them safely, but he explicitly chose not to use them. He was never said to be bound by law not to use them.
That's what I was thinking as well 👍
Didn't Tsunade make the rasenshuriken a forbidden jutsu after Naruto used it for the first time in battle and hurt his hand? If so it would strengthen your argument.
Upper level clearance I like it
@@SiiR93 she banned the imperfect version of the rasenshuriken, once he perfected it there was no longer a threat to his own body by using it.
Doesn't really explain guy teaching Lee the hidden lotus or 8 gates though
37:22 The reason why Tsunade made rasenshuriken a kinjutsu was because when Naruto originally formulated rasenshuriken he was hitting the target(kakuzu) with it up close like a normal rasengan. Because he was so close to the blast, even thought he got away as quickly as possible, it damaged his hand and the rest of his body according to the proximity of that blast.
But after that Naruto realized he just had to throw it (of course, i mean, rasenSHURIKEN).
Then he would just throw the rasenshuriken to avoid the blast and avoid the cellular damage. So is rasenshuriken really kinjutsu in that case where he is not longer endangering himself or is it still banned for the large destruction capabilities? Is it only kinjutsu if you don’t throw it??? We need answers.
Great video by the way, I love your content!
32:54 Technically that's how speed works.
When you accelerate any body(matter) with significant mass to near light speeds their mass begins to increase exponentially and thus the effect.
i was searching this comment. very acurate!
Now realize that Sakura can now move at reletavistic Night Gai speeds... without any special techniques, and without the Byakuya Seal being active. She's just _that fast_ on top of her apocalyptic strength!
Her _normal punches_ are basically Kinjutsu per the "mass destruction" clause! If she _ever_ takes a fight seriously now, she'd cause global ecological damage!
I mean, we see characters move faster than light in this series pretty often. every time they dodge lightning for example. so I don't think that's how speed/mass works in this world.
@@darkcylander We're all pretty much consigned to the fact that Naruto runs on Anime Physics, which has one rule: "If a feat is awesome and doesn't violate any previously established lore, who _cares_ how absurd it is!"
With that in mind, lightning does _not_ actually travel at lightspeed, contrary to popular opinion. The return stroke, the fastest part of a lightning strike, maxes out at 0.3c; this is a little less than a third of the speed of light, and while it's still _really_ fast, it isn't quite at the level where relativistic effects would be appreciable yet. The downstroke of lightning, by contrast, is _merely_ 200 kilometers per second.
@@anthonylamonica8301 if you wanted to get REALLY scientifically technical. if Guy was moving that fast, his body would shorten in length as it increased in mass, he would appear blue in Madara's field of vision, and the kick wouldn't have lasted several seconds like it did in the scene.
Kishimoto didn't forget the downside to the Rasenshuriken, he wrote in a way around it. Naruto simply either uses nature energy or Kurama's chakra to form it so it doesn't damage his chakra network. They didn't explain it in much depth but they did write in that excuse.
actually, the real change that made it safe is that naruto can throw it. when naruto is holding it as he forms it, it isnt damaging to him, its only damaging once it 'explodes', which when naruto throws it, would be away from his chakra network
So what i learned from this is: Given enough Uchiha targets, Both Tobirama and Orochimaru will bend reality, the heavens and all human decency to "catch their bodies" and there is not a damn thing anyone except a few other reality altering pinwheel-eyed demon can do to stop them.
Forbidden Jutsu are forbidden to be learned but if you've already learned it, great, just be careful.
I personally think the reason why Lord Third and Fourth weren’t in trouble for using Reaper Death Seal was because they were using it to save the Leaf Village from destruction. And plus they were hokage. To them, the Village comes before them so I’m sure that “Self Sacrifice” rule would be null in the face of the Leaf’s destruction.
Also the fact that you can't really enforce a punishment to a dead person.
I dont fully recall. But I think it was the case. That he the Third Hokage already taken on damage and used a lot of charka already. Which is why he could only get orochimaru's arms.
But still if you look at it that way. What's crazy is Minato managing to take away half of the 9 tails . The nine tails has the most charka out of all the tailed beats. And was also used by Madara when he was fighting Hashirama. Madara using genjutsu to control it.
At extremely high (relativistic) speeds, one has to consider effective mass. Basically, the closer an object approaches the speed of light, the more mass the universe around it acts like it has. So going extremely fast would distort the surrounding spacetime
What if with creation rebirth they repair damaged cells rather than create new ones? I think Sakura would smart enough to make that possible so the negative effects are gone.
Bro imagine hypothetically... Reanimating Naruto with Kurama, and he spams Baryon mode.
So a technique is considered Kinjutsu if it is (A) _grossly_ unethical, (B) physically risky for the user, and or (C) excessively destructive. Easy enough to understand.
But can we talk about how Fire Style techniques are literally _never_ seen being useful? If I remember correctly, we see exactly _two_ people in the _entire series_ score kills with Fire Style: Sasuke killed one samurai using Amaterasu, which I feel shouldn't count because it's a Mangekyo Sharingan ability, and Madara was being Madara during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Apart from those two, I don't think we _ever_ see Fire Style being effective!
We see some people die from blaze release but your totally right fire style straight sucks
Agreed, feels like Jubilee’s powers in the 90’s X men.
More of a distraction than anything else
Straight, unaugmented Fire Style is worthless!
Blaze Release is effective, but it's not Fire Style; it's more like the _idea_ of burning than actual flames. So, like Yin Style and Fire Style combined, maybe?
Obviously, all of the Kekkei Genkai with Fire Nature as a component are amazing. But Fire Style itself? Not worth.
Heck, during the third hokage battle against the first two hokages along with Orochimaru, Hiruzen is blazing Hashirama and Tobirama. The attack appears useless as Tobirama performs a water style justu while seemingly being unaffected.
Edo Asuma kills a lot of shinobi alliance forces with fire tho
For Naruto. He was able to do the Shuriken Jutsu because of learning sage mode. There was a scene during the Pain arc where he would disappear during sage training to use his shuriken while in sage mode.
For rasenshuriken naruto did learn to throw it until then (being able to throw) rasenshuriken was considered an s class kinjutsu for all the reasons mentioned
I always understood for forbidden jutsu to be something you can’t teach to anyone and should use sparingly (or not at all depending on context) in combat if you know the jutsu. So Naruto can use multi shadow clone jutsu with little issues. Though he is forbidden to teach it to someone else. Possibly why he never taught Konohamaru Rasenshuriken.
but he taught Konohamaru how to make shadow clones 😲
@@tsukimaru131 shadow clones are fine by themself. The forbidden version is Multi shadow clone jutsu, which is like 1,000 clones. I think Konohamaru only ever used a single shadow clone.
@@Itsuchi2 that's a fair point, but still the shadow clone (the jutsu by itself) was part of the forbidden techniques scroll. Still your point makes sense
Technically when naruto first used shadow clones he made lot of them so it could be assumed that naruto just said shadow clone Jutsu when learning it because there basically the same and when he does shadow clone jutsu not multi Shadow clone Jutsu he just said shadow clone jutsu because there the same jutsu but multi Shadow clone Jutsu makes more shadow clones
@@tsukimaru131Making a shadow clone was the first test to becoming a ninja lol
I have a theory on why Tsunade banned the rasenshuriken throw because you said it disrupts the chakra network around the hand. And that would mean your hand isn't getting chakra and people die from running out of chakra so that means your hand would die. But since Naruto has kurama he always has a secondary source of chakra running through him so he can use it. But for anyone else there hand would die because they don't have a kurama plus having sage mode might help to because you can make it with nature chackra instead of your natural chakra so idk that's jus my theory. 💀
If I remember correctly, Tsunade only banned the melee version of the Rasenshuriken because Naruto was essentially too close and got hit with blowback which would eventually make his hand unable to use chakra. Once he learned to throw it, I don't remember anyone ever mentioning the fact that it's a kinjutsu ever again, because it really shouldn't be. The melee Rasenshuriken is just the incomplete form of the jutsu.
@@TehRandy1 oh I mean my theory is jus based off what hammer said lol.

velocity actually can bend spacetime, as your absolute velocity approaches the speed of light you become more massive and therefore dense, it just means that Night Guy is moving at near the speed of light and should be infinitely more destructive than displayed in the show for a host of other reasons associated with objects of mass approaching those speeds.
I still dissagree with the Reaper Death Seal explanation because Hiruzen also took the 1st and 2nd Hokage as well as Orochimaru's arms.
That would also mean that Minato had as much chakra as half of the nine tails.
He put a seal on their chakra; omg I just said that The DEATH REAPER SEAL DRAINS THE USER+VICTIM OF CHAKRA! KNOWLEDGE! Hiruzen had enough chakra to seal 2 HUMAN SOULS + ARMS (Going on math) Hiruzen had as much chakra as Orchimaru and a 1/5 more. or he had as much as Minato “and” Kushina when they sealed the nine tails and gifted a HALF OF THAT JUTSU POWER TO RESTORE IT SHOULD IT BREAK!
@@trupimp2211No, not even close. Naruto with just half of Kurama’s chakra nearly had almost chakra that a nerf Hashirama had, and Minato doesn’t even have quarter of that much chakra so that explanation is just literally wrong still.
It wasn't holding the rasen-shuriken that hurt naruto, it was the explosion and that he had to be holding it to hit his opponent. Once he learned to throw it that was no longer a risk
I remember reading somewhere that the cut off between shadow clone and multiple shadow clone is about twenty clones, the logic being that outside of anomalies or jinchuriki the average shinobi, even anbu or kage level just doesn't have the reserves to split their chakra twenty one ways while simultaneously maintaining the minimum cost per clone.
I remember reading somewhere that the difference is that the two jutsu work differently, with the shadow clone just needing enough chakra while the multiple shadow clone forcefully splits your chakra equally (and if I remember correctly also creating at least 5 clones, thus killing everyone who doesn't have enough chakra)
I wonder every time I watch your videos why you don't have over a millions subscribers already. Cause man, you videos are so informational, easy to understand, and fun to watch! Thanks for the content. Legend in the making! 🔥🔥🔥
Rassen-shuriken was changed to use nature chakra so that it didn't damage his arm
Rasenshuriken was made kinjutsu before it was throwabe. It wasn't until Naruto learned to invite sage Chakra and independently worked on making the jutsu less dangerous by incorporating the distance element of throwing it that it was actually safe for him to use.
if i remember correct rasenshuriken was only labeled that because of how naruto was using it meaning up close as it could destroy arm somehow because of the charka needles it produces but then he learned to throw it was all good after that lol
6:32 in the most respectful way: you did grow more hair on your head
Correction. Rasenshuriken by itself isn't throwable. You need sage mode to throw it. It only damages your own body when you slam it into a person from close range, as Naruto did to Kakazu. When Naruto learned Sage Mode, he trained in Sage Mode to throw the Rasenshuriken. Now when he throws it, it no longer damages him.
do you know why you need sage mode to throw it? I mean he can throw stuff without it, is it to hold the Chakra together after throwing? does the sage mode somehow allow you to control Chakra in a different way than usual?
I do believe the reasoning behind the Rasenshuriken being ok against pain, was the increased healing factor from sage mode on top of his already heightened healing ability.
Would Hiruzen technically have more chakra than we are giving him credit for? Because even tho he could only seal Irochimaru’s arms, that was only after he had already used shadow clones to seal the 1st and 2nd Hokage.
Out of context and not to humiliate my prof but listening to you is more logically fun for me than when im with his class. I survive advance studying, and i am kinda sad im managing alone. I need people around me.
The issue with Rashenshuriken was that it hurt when using your hands to attack rather than throw it. Throwing it doesn’t have a negative effect
To slightly amend what other people have been saying about rasenshuriken, I was always under the impression that it wasn't just the fact he could throw it using his sage chakra, it was that he was able to for it to stay together by effectively putting a protective shell around it with sage chakra. That would protect him from it and also let him throw it basically as an intended side effect.
I still Night Guy is the most badass Jutsu. How did Guy even come up with it? He would have to have enough experience with the 7th gate to figure out opening the 8th gate would give him potentially enough power to use it. And naming it after himself is just the cherry on top. Used to not like Guy, but in the War Arc he became my favourite Jounin.
From what I understand, The closer to the speed of light you go, the more your mass increased. Since night guy makes you move pretty much as fast as the speed of light, he almost becomes as massive as a star essentially
the sheer amount of characters that use kinjutsu sort of proves it's an empty standard that is probably only something they want to appear to maintain for political reasons.
You know its kind of funny/sad when you think about it. The episode with the chakra threads in Naruto classic is the only or one of the only banned episodes of Naruto for a short period of time before getting re-uploaded and one of the few episodes that had to have a disclaimer before airing. I remember this clearly because it was the first time I ever saw Naruto have a disclaimer before airing the episode live. Which is weird because with how much blood and violence is shown, only this episode (140) got the warning.
when i see the notification for his vids i get so happy

I mean...technically, with enough speed you can bend space.
Since as you aproach light speed, as the energy has to go somewhere, and since it can not go into more speed, it instead goes into mass.
So, an apple weighing a few hundred grams at best at 0 speed can weigh 50 kilograms at almost light speed
(dont quote me on that, physics class was a long time ago for me)
So isn’t pain almighty push a forbidden jutsu since it can wipe out a large area in seconds

No it's not. It's one of the 6 paths. It's not just a jutsu you can use. You need the rinnigan with 6 paths abilities. Not even naruto's 6 paths powers could do it.
@@blackholesun2545 Reliance on a Kekkei Mora does _not_ preclude a technique from being classified as Kinjutsu. Rasenshuriken was labeled Kinjutsu for presumably two reasons, it’s risk to the user, and it can cause mass destruction. It’s basically a Tailed Beast Bomb. Anyway if we eliminate the risk to the user which Naruto did by learning how to throw it it’s no longer a Kinjutsu. @@bluntslt8023 when it is performed the chakra is divided equally among clones if the chakra runs out the ninja dies that's why high level Shinobi can do about 6 maximum and regular Shinobi can't
Umm no the last one ain’t right…
The reason the rasenshuriken is considered a “forbidden justsu” is yes because it’s hurts the user but NOT when he is holding it but rather when he uses it like a normal rasengan, getting too close causing him to get his hand caught in the blast radius momentarily.
The reason he doesn’t get hurt anymore is because when he learned how to access sage mode he also “miraculously” learned how to finally throw the rasenshuriken which he couldn’t do before
(I think it has something to do with it now technically being a “sage technique” but idk tbh)
He even said it mulitiple times or I think it was either tsunade or kakashi that mentioned that unless he can throw it, it will harm the user as well to the point where his hand won’t be able to use chakra anymore
Just Helping :)
have question @NCHammer25, If Reaper death seal works that way then why was Minato able to pull half of Nine tails. Clearly Minato was already exhausted and he did not posses that level of chakra. Thanks for reading ☺️
Ig an exhausted Minato had half as much chakra as kurma
Maybe he's jus goated I dunno
Plot holes happen. But if it ain’t a plot hole than damn explains how naruto has so much chakra both his parents were stacked.
Flying rajin itself took massive chakra reserves, it wouldnt surprise me if minato had near nine tails reserves. (It took a full anbu squad to pull off flying rajin)
@@DividingYourHairline Even though he had high reserves of chakra. I don't think it's even remotely possible to posses half of Nine tails chakra because nine tails technically has highest amount of chakra even among tailed beast themselves which are large chakra given form of being
@@DividingYourHairline Idk how flying raijin fully works but it’s also probably cuz minato has amazing chakra control and mastery over flying raijin which might make it easier for him to do so without a massive use of chakra. That’s definitely still true that minato has large reserves comparable to a tailed beast.
You've explained the one the thing that always confused me about this; the "Forbidden" part of Forbidden Jutsu doesn't apply to the jutsu, but to the knowledge of it. Basically, it's not forbidden to know these techniques or to use them (if you do mass destruction with one, you will be punished for the mass destruction, not for the jutsu you used to do it.) But it's forbidden to TEACH these techniques to someone else because of how dangerous they are.
In the same way that giving someone a gun greatly increases the chances that they will shoot themselves or someone else, (regardless of how trained and careful they are, you cannot shoot someone without a gun, so having a gun instantly increases the odds) knowing a Forbidden Jutsu increases the odds of you dying in battle or committing a warcrime, so teaching someone how to do it effectively brings them closer to death and that's a no-no.
Thank you for putting so much time and effort into your videos. Amazing content ❤️💪
If Orochimaru was born earlier he and Tobirama would have been great friends. They would create even more terrifying jutsu together
Basically Kakashi learned chidori, learned rasengan, got upset that rasengan wasn't lethal enough, so he tried to make lightning nature rasengan, failed and got lightning blade instead(Also part of the reason Naruto's multi-shadow clone is kinjutsu is because the clones have actual mass making them take a lot more chakra)
I think you've forgotten that Speed = Mass x Acceleration. I've heard numerous times that as you approach the speed of light, your mass increases to infinity. So depending on how fast Night Guy is moving, it does make sense that it could bend space time.
Rasenshuriken became throw able after Naruto became a sage and by throwing it the jutsu was no longer harmful to him. In my memory.
Night guy: moving at near lightspeed bends spacetime, mass dilation causes an objects mass to increase exponentially aproaching infinite mass the closer you approach lightspeed. Hence, speed warping spacetime.
I have a thought: If you use Edo Tensei to resurrect someone (lets use Itachi as an example), could you recycle the body? For example, if we summon Itachi, could we summon Hashirama using the Edo Tensei Itachi?
I would guess not since even if he was moving around, Itachi would still be considered dead? But even if it did work, there would never be any reason to layer Edo Tensei on top of itself, since once Hashirama was sealed that would also mean that Itachi within him would be sealed. If we assume that it does work, that would also lock two souls for the price of just one, meaning that I could either have Itachi and Hashirama separately wrecking havoc, or have one of them layered on top of the other which wouldn't really be any different from just having one of them. Since no Edo Tensei reincarnation has ever displayed any abilities outside of the ones they supposedly possessed in life, I'm going to assume that they don't have access to the abilities of the sacrifice used to summon them, so in the case of this theoretical layered Hashirama, he would still just be able to do his own stuff, he would also gain Itachi's Sharingan or something like that.
@@crossy6398 My theory was mainly just a way to evade the sacrifice, since you could theoretically bring back the sacrifice, thus just "borrowing" a body.
@@paragon2622 Ah, ok. But wouldn't it still require a sacrifice to bring back the sacrifice in the first place though?
@@crossy6398 That was the point. Use a body (Itachi) for Edo Tensei, then use the target (Hashirama) to bring back Itachi.

I think Deidara's Hidden Stone Forbidden Jutsu is such because of the final maneuver. C0 opens the chest mouth and allows him to stuff in chakra-infused clay that gets more and more concentrated as it's chewed before it begins moving throughout his veins, and because he has Explosion Release he explodes into a 10km blast radius crater. However, I think what is happening here is the end process of the forbidden Jutsu in which the user takes the material they can create, concentrates their chakra nature into it and then "explodes" with whatever nature they are proficient in, it just so happened that Deidara's is already an explosion. It's the only way it makes sense to me, it's a combination of self-sacrifice and mass destruction.
Even then, that's because of Deidara's explosion release and not so much the kinjutsu.
Welp this is my first time commenting on this channel's page and I just wanted to say that I'm happy I came across this one. NCH keeps on making content that makes me coming back for more just so I can learn about Naruto or any other topics on this channel. While there is some clear mistakes, they ain't all that, and regardless he's very entertaining to watch. But up to this point I just have one question for NCHammer: With your vast knowledge of the Naruto/Borutoverse, with all the Justus, crazy modes, and dojutsu, If you were to make the strongest being in Naruto and had access to just Frankenstein, pick & pull from, what would that be and how would you do it? 🤔
To me its funny that the plot ruined naruto's life by having Minato not use sage mode and maybe destroy kurama and know its irrelevent to the video but still and is sage mode forbidden probably not
Any shadow clone is considered kinjustsu, the most that people can manage is barely 1 or 2, because it’s so chakra expensive, most people use normal clones or elemental clones
Can you do what if kakashi joined the Akatsuki ?
that would be sick

32:50 the closer to the speed of light you are the more mass you have. I’m not a physicist but this is how the flash’s infinite mass punch works and it has scientific backing
Kishimoto didn't forget the damage from rasenshuriken.
Being able to throw it kept Naruto safe.
With the “Rasenshuriken” it’s caused damage when he was physically holding it during the 1st use. After Naruto healed he just made it float. No contact, no self-damage.
How to become Immortal:
Use reanimation to create a loyal servant
Instruct that servant to kill you and use reanimation on you
Undo your reanimation so that the servant can never undo yours
Now the only thing you have to fear is being sealed as you are indestructible and have forever to amass power
I may be wrong but Rasenshuriken was banned yes because it hurt Naruto but that was only after he held it up to Kakuzu. Once he learned to throw it and not be up so close to the explosion, he was fine. He didn’t just know how to throw it up front. He used it like a normal rasengan on Kakuzu.
32:17 Night Guy should’ve been called Dynamic Exit cause it’s literally Dynamic Entry with the user’s death attached to it
Great content man, constantly interested
Oh my god this video is amazing! I never thought I needed this until now! I really love all the forbidden jutsu across the show! I’m gonna definitely show your channel to my friends when they get confused lol
I feel like forbidden jutsu was more like. You can’t teach it, but if you already know it, then we won’t stop you from using it.
Small props goes to your audio. The clarity, music, transition effects are on point. Have to give props where it’s due 🤞🏽
in Naruto blood prison Ryuzetsu uses Dragon Life Reincarnation to revive Naruto at the cost of her life and it is a forbidden jutsu because it needs a sacrifice and it revives someone from the dead
Hiruzen be fighting Orochimaru's hands in Limbo for all eternity.
Rasanshuriken only hurt naruto when the jutsu was released on contact with the opponent. It does not hurt him while he is just holding it because it is being contained. Thats why him figuring out how to throw it was such a big deal because it completely negates all damage to the user. Therefore should not be under Kinjutsu anymore.
I'm surprised so few are from Tobirama.
Like, I could swear he made more than half the contents of that scroll
33:11 as you approach lightspeed, the energy required for increasing speed becomes higher and higher and the energy is converted into mass instead. Of course there's lightspeed movement in Naruto, but IRL that is how speed works
For raseshuriken it does get explained how Naruto can use it without damage. It's when he uses sage mode and the nature energy allows him to use it. Then I suppose bc he lost his dominant hand in the fight with Sasuke, the prosthetic isn't being damaged later on in Boruto
Man I need a series where we see the start of each village. Warring states, 1,2 war. Who created all the different jutsus EVERYTHING!!!
I may not have a plan for the apocalypse, but I have a plan for if I'm Isekai'd into the Naruto-verse. Learn the Byakugou seal to start stock piling Chakra, spend a long time studying to find a way to make my own version of a tailed beast, that I'd probably call a Chakra beast, and then seal it inside of me to be my own Jinchuuriki. I assume it would require Yin release if not both Yin and Yang. then with the ridiculous chakra reserves from the Chakra beast and Byakugou seal, probably learn Sage Jutsu and spend the rest of my time protecting the village I stay in and creating cool jutsu. So kinda similar to Orochimaru and Tobirama.
we love the no headband NCHammer :D
The background music in the Intro was kicking.
As a fan, it’s refreshing to hear someone talk about this as empathically as i do.
Ill have no one to talk to about these things… but this is therapeutic 😂🔥🤝
Note: ENERGY at high density warps spacetime. Mass is one form of energy, but any form works. You can make a black hole out of powerful-enough lasers focused on one point (a Kugelblitz black hole). And you can bend spacetime by focusing tremendous amounts of energy, including chakra which is a physical energy, into a single point- in this case, the foot doing the kick.
The only reason Madara Uchiha survived Might Guy's attack is because Might Guy was wearing his weights
I don't even really watch naruto but i love watching and reading stuff about the powers. Its just so cool!
I saw you used the Shadow fight 2 combat theme in the back, a man of culture
The hidden star filler Justu was understandable cause it slowly kills you. Can we get a video about that arc?
At 32:50 you mentioned night guy bending space time and said that's not how speed works. But in our universe, as something approaches the speed of light it adds mass to itself and instead of increasing in speed. So an easy explanation for space bending when night guy is used is that might guy is approaching the limit of speed in the Naruto universe and adding a gargantuan amount of mass to himself during the technique through a similar process.
Bruh Why Doesn't Everyone Use At Least The 1st And 2nd Gates
They Wont Harm You As Much And Their Still OP
I can count on one hand how many animes I've completed. I've only ever seen bits and pieces of Naruto but the longer I wait the more I'm tempted to watch.
