@The Fonz Perhaps he's tapping while inside his cup (it must be a glass cup since he lives inside a kitchen cabinet full of glass cups, glass containers, and ceramic kitchenware but it's not a plastic cup he lives in) where his feet are not touching the bottom of the cup but there's something blended in that we can't see that he's standing on that he's tapping dancing on if it's a glass cup since glass his harder than plastic.

It's amazing that even though Teeny Little Super Guy is voiced by Jim Thurman he sounds more like he's voiced by Jack Mercer who voiced Popeye The Sailorman.
This wow and the dishes clattering at the end brought back so much memories. There wouldn't be another show like sesame street so many different styles of story telling they truly encouraged children to use their imagination.
