    Chef I have tried so many of your recent recipes and each one is a super hit Alhamdulillah 🌺 if I had to tell u the taste but it can only be experienced 🌹 just SIMPLY LOve THEM. ❤️ I used to think chefs do hide their secret ingredient but after eating your recipes I am satisfied to the core 🌸💕

    I tried this recipe but the only exception I did is that I didn't remove the seeds (time crunch). What I did I kept the dry batter with the ocra for about 15 minutes. The seeds released a lot of water which ultimately binded the seeds. The taste was heavenly especially when you're coming home from work and need something easy but tasty for dinner. Next time I'll try to make it without the seeds. Thanks chef

    Superb i tried and it turned out really good. I added less amchur. And it was dry till end inspite of salt so had to sprinkle little water. But amazing....thank you

    Making cooking videos is an art and you have started a new genre.. I watched Sajeev kapoor earlier.. and I was like "kya yaar ye Indian chef".. then I switched to Ramsay.. Joshua.. Babish.. But.. I like the way you make it.. jiska bhi concept hai aisi videos ka.. Even after being miles away..I am getting that Indian vibe again.. Great job..

    I knew the secret ingredient. But didn’t know the tip of removing seeds and the touch of lime can be the magic. So for me that’s the secret trick of the recipe/ cooking. Thank you for sharing.

    I also make a kind of kurkuri bhindi where I cut the bhindi in kind of diagonally small pieces...coat it with cornflour, soya sauce n pepper...fry it and Viola! I'll try your kind of kurkuri bhindi now. Although cutting it as u showed looks like it would be quite a time taking process.

    Though I can speak and write fluent english but sabse achi bat apki ye hai chef ki ap hindi ka prayog krte hain . Agr ap sanyog se ye comment pdhe to mai ap tak ek sandesh pahunchana chahti hu ki ab bilkul hi poori trah Hindi bolein to humari mummy bhot ache se sab kuch smjh sakengi .

    You are absolutely right about the origins of bhindi. In some African countries, they roast the mature seeds of okra, grind it up and make a coffee from the powder. It's a good alternative for coffee and doesn't contain caffeine.

    Excellent way of making kurkuri okra. I used chickpea flour but today came to know that rice flour has to be used.
