I am an Indian student in USA. I have been following this channel for some time. Like the history that you tell about food, and your calm and composed style. Most importantly it instills confidence that I can cook nice things too. Keep up the awesome work :)
Ek baat toh hai sir ki aapse jithna seekha maine aajtak sayad kisise nahi seekh paaya. Aapka jo tarika hai samjhaane ka sabse best laga mujhe. Shukriya aapko aur pyaar.
Chef I have tried so many of your recent recipes and each one is a super hit Alhamdulillah 🌺 if I had to tell u the taste but it can only be experienced 🌹 just SIMPLY LOve THEM. ❤️ I used to think chefs do hide their secret ingredient but after eating your recipes I am satisfied to the core 🌸💕
I tried this recipe but the only exception I did is that I didn't remove the seeds (time crunch). What I did I kept the dry batter with the ocra for about 15 minutes. The seeds released a lot of water which ultimately binded the seeds. The taste was heavenly especially when you're coming home from work and need something easy but tasty for dinner. Next time I'll try to make it without the seeds. Thanks chef
You are my favourite chefs of all time.. Thanks for the amazing lipsmacking tasty dishes you prepare. And love your way of subtle explanation and stories behind the origin of dish. Your narration is therapy and so are your recipes .. Great job. Keep giving us best of the best of your recipes as always.
Hi Ranveer i must mention this to you. A team mate of ours did this recipe and brought it to office. We tasted it and just could not leave it aside, every one wanted to know how it was prepared and finally she shared this. So kudos to your culinary skills and expertise, tomorrow being a weekend we all will want to relish it. Thanks once again for your innovative ways and this time you wont have to say "baad mein bolna nahin kay Ranveer ne bataya nahin"😊😊😊
My friend shared this recipe with me last week. She tried it and loved it. I told her that I had made a recipe of yours just the day before! Keep doing the good work.
Superb i tried and it turned out really good. I added less amchur. And it was dry till end inspite of salt so had to sprinkle little water. But amazing....thank you

Ive been watching your channel since some time.. Your art was apparently there since you started, but what's really good now is your casual presentation. The beard works wonders too. Much more presentable and relatable to the common audience 😀
Very informative! I never thought there were so many kinds of bhindi! Thanks for the recipe :) Btw Chef, I have been using a lot of your cookware sets and utensils since over a year and the quality is AMAZING!! The product designs are very unique and convenient to use!! Thanks a lot 😊🙏🏻

Your intelligence and volubility leaves me spellbound each and every time. You are simply impeccable in your art and a master storyteller. There is magic, politeness and humility in your voice, compassion in your eyes and your hands are undoubtedly magical. Your smile is so reassuring and beautiful. I am your biggest fan. Huge respect for your passion, your knowledge and for you as a person. Lots of love and respect and gratitude. Stay safe and healthy and forever happy
Fabulous.... You made it simple... For so many years I was following all wrong steps & finally I realised preparing Kurkuri Bhindi is tedious task... Thank you Ranveer...
Making cooking videos is an art and you have started a new genre.. I watched Sajeev kapoor earlier.. and I was like "kya yaar ye Indian chef".. then I switched to Ramsay.. Joshua.. Babish.. But.. I like the way you make it.. jiska bhi concept hai aisi videos ka.. Even after being miles away..I am getting that Indian vibe again.. Great job..

I knew the secret ingredient. But didn’t know the tip of removing seeds and the touch of lime can be the magic. So for me that’s the secret trick of the recipe/ cooking. Thank you for sharing.
I also make a kind of kurkuri bhindi where I cut the bhindi in kind of diagonally small pieces...coat it with cornflour, soya sauce n pepper...fry it and Viola! I'll try your kind of kurkuri bhindi now. Although cutting it as u showed looks like it would be quite a time taking process.
Though I can speak and write fluent english but sabse achi bat apki ye hai chef ki ap hindi ka prayog krte hain . Agr ap sanyog se ye comment pdhe to mai ap tak ek sandesh pahunchana chahti hu ki ab bilkul hi poori trah Hindi bolein to humari mummy bhot ache se sab kuch smjh sakengi . You are absolutely right about the origins of bhindi. In some African countries, they roast the mature seeds of okra, grind it up and make a coffee from the powder. It's a good alternative for coffee and doesn't contain caffeine.
Excellent way of making kurkuri okra. I used chickpea flour but today came to know that rice flour has to be used. Thank you. So simple n so easy. Gonna make for tomorrow's lunch! Thanks my dear " scientist Chef". From, Dr. Sony🙌🙏✝️🕉️❤️
