I still have two lava lamps from the original company ...I love them !
I've heard they are a huge fire hazard, be careful! They are so cool though
@@emitorresbun the original manufacturer ( called mathmos ) has been making them since the 60's and I've had both of my lamps for 20 years , no problems
I think the fire hazard is more for other company versions , the original manufacturer uses a special method for making the bottles ( they come apart into 3 separate pieces ) and although they do get very warm ( the motion of the lava is created by heat convection ) they are very safe
They are not uv stable .... Lava lamps are not good if left in sunlight , it makes the coloured liquid turn cloudy , not the most attractive look lol

I don't like using acrylics, either. I prefer gels as the smell is much more tolerable.

Or do not all nail salons provide this service?
Not all nail salons offer that service. Some don't even push your cuticle back before starting with the e-file! It's disturbing. That's why I do my own.

Why don't you use acrylic? Is there a particular reason?
i think because acrylic dry fast and with polygel you have all the time you need, because it'll stay dry until you put it under lamp
Honestly wondering; when you complete an experiment like this, do you keep the nails this long or do you cut them off not long after? 😶 ps; i’m sad that I don’t live nearby to have you as my nail tech, would love to lend myself so you can go do whatever u want to my nails, no matter the length 💖 Completely loved this design, gave me nostalgic vibes 💪🏼
