I heard this song live and literally froze in place. I was in the merch line for a different band and hadn't heard of Of Virtue until that night. The way the Chorus hits just gives me chills. My mom is a recovering addict, and we don't talk much due to her actions, but this song in a way reminds me that she is working on herself and maybe someday she will be sober and recovered enough for our relationship to be mended.
Thank you for sharing that and as someone who has lost a parent to drugs myself at a young age, I empathize wholeheartedly with how you feel and those days will come and go. You are here now though and that’s the most important thing ❤

I love all of your new songs. Sinner started a new era for you guys. Please don't transition to only clean vocals. Your scream vocals and heavy riffs add an amazing juxtaposition to the clean vocals and slower melodic riffs. It makes both sides of your music have a much greater impact becuse of that.

Damn this kinda hits home. A couple family members of mine have an addiction and it's definitely not easy for anyone. Anything can be bad when excessively used, but drugs and alcohol especially. Great song 🖤
That’s one of the points that we wanted to make with this one as well. Addiction doesn’t just hurt the user, but the fallout can often times be just as bad/worse. Keep your head up and do your best to be there for your family if you can. At the end of the day, we’re all human and have flaws but if we can do our part to help, that’s what we do.
