This is an overall solid Hot Toys Star Wars Stormtrooper deluxe 1/6th scale figure. The sculpt and paint application are all done quite nicely. The back panel wall is a nice inclusion. The fact that the panels have indentations instead of them simply being painted on is much appreciated. The figure comes with some accessories, with my favorite being the Blaster Rifle. I really like the light up feature as well. With that aside, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate it!
A sharp looking and on point Storm Trooper figure. The stand is very nice with sculpted and defined flooring and the placard is shiny and nicely etched with the Star Wars logo. The back panel wall looks awesome. Each individual little sculpted window with frosted white interior on the Death Star wall looks really cool and even better lit up. Definitely gives you nostalgic feelings for the classic trilogy. The blaster rifle looks really good and movie accurate. I always wondered what the little canister was used for. The holster for the blaster is nice to store it and looks cool. The relaxed hand is nice to have to mimic holding the front end of the blaster for action poses as Spot noted. The helmet looks really cool but the green goggles do look strange. The armor is well sculpted and defined and the paint work is polished with minimum wear to it. The articulation, especially on the head, is pretty good but the armor plates rubbing against each other does seem a little annoying. Hot toys did a great job on this figure. Thanks again Spot for another great review!
The green lenses are used in the original helmets. The hand plate armour appeared in Empire strikes back and return of the jedi ( A new hope hand plates are different). The “frown teeth” look grey (used in ANH and ROTJ) they were painted black in ESB, so this must be based on the Endor stormtroopers, nice figure👍🏼
The back panel is a $54 premium. Holy jeez, this company has some balls, and - no offense - customers with more money than sense. HT didn’t even include a plastic cover for the rectangular solid made of plastic
Hey any Marvel Legends experts, do you know which Spider-Man figure this head belongs to encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcRs8UpFiXPinjNPaKRLizEGRT6kdId3HKIuM5Z_-DtNM2bnw1Kg I'm talking about the 2nd one from the left and 1st from the right. I know the bodies are all Fearsome Foes/McFarlane bodies but those 2 heads... Can't figure out what figure they belong to. p.s. It's not the Snapshot spidey, i'm pretty sure from looking at the webbing pattern. Is it a custom head? Pls let me know
Standard pronoun of unknown/ambiguous gender would generally be "they/them". "It" is rather impersonal and is usually used for objects, not people. Just an FYI from a trans viewer!
To be fair though they are clones of one individuals DNA, created and Mass produced for the use of Military numbers, would they be they as much as they are copies of one, I'm sure it could be debated, but not harm was intended by calling them It

Do you remember when hot toys figures used to be about 150 bucks? They've been raising their prices incrementally for years and people keep buying it.

“Stormtroopers” and “precise” don’t mix
He look sooooo prestine white with your lighting! In my room it looks more off yellow to slightly white😂

Can Wonder Woman's head fit perfectly to make a Femtrooper?
In star wars rebels it was a granate
