Are you eating gluten now?? Can you tell us how you got to the decision to re-incorporate?
I pretty much eat 80/20 gluten free, like when I eat at home it's mostly GF but I'll have some on the weekends as I've noticed my skin isn't as quick to react to it as I used to be!
