Very cool insert, though for the gear cards, I highly recommend you go with a Coin Sleeve and 3-ring binder. You can display all the items individually, organize each page to be per settlement location/type. I went with something more custom, but it's SO convenient when strategizing what to craft next!

I should also add that you can use the same coin sleeve sheets as gear grids. =) I cut mine up into 3x3. Cheap on Amazon, too!
That's a very cool setup you've got there PostHuman! I've thought about coin sleeves for a while like that...might need to be the next plus I add to my KDM collection...
@@BoredOnlineBoardOffline Totally cheap upgrade, too. Plenty of sheets in the pack if you mess it up, too.
This is interesting, I'm still dubious to how its going to hold up as with 12 current expansions already and then 18 more coming of which 3 could have huge card counts (Gamblers chest, Campaigns of Death & Abyssal woods are likely to have 400++ standard sized each) I just can't see the box physically holding them all which is why I didn't back for this on the Kickstarter. I'm kinda hoping the Gamblers chest and Abyssal Woods will come with additional core game quality boxes so I can jump on these inserts but until I see how wave 3 is packaged I don't want to invest and then have to figure something else out especially since I've got all the expansions in the core game insert already and I've already spent £100 on 5000 sleeves for the game.
Yeah I’ve got no idea how much of the new stuff the box will hold with this insert. I can pretty much guarantee NOT everything. I mean the Gambler’s Chest is likely going to be as big and packed as the base game (or pretty close anyway).
@@BoredOnlineBoardOffline Yeah I completely agree, though it's why I'm kinda hoping it will have a box along the lines of the core game itself, really it has the plastic and card counts to justify such, if it does it means a solution like this is workable by getting additional sets and with the games cost a retail a safe storage solution is well worth the investment.
@@crimsonsun2000 I think the gamblers chest itself could act as a good storage solution for most if not all new expansions.
@@Syko1985 I feel that's a large leap from the provided information at present. I would be happy with a second box much along the lines of the core, overjoyed if it had a second insert.
However every previous expansion has only had brown cardboard boxes except the 1.5 upgrade box so only time will tell which is why I'm not buying storage solutions yet to much information remains unknown!
I do feel the 3 expansions I mentioned previously however, the Campaigns of Death, Gamblers Chest and Abyssal Woods have enough content and cost attached to them that we could see something different in terms of packaging the rest however I'm expecting cardboard brown boxes again for.
I would be shocked if the Gambler's Chest is just a large open cardboard box considering the sheer amount of content...that being said it's also very possible that's exactly what it will be.

I hear you and I absolutely understand the urge. I used to sleeve literally every single card in a game (Mage Knight is still sleeved). But these days I’ve realized I prefer the feel of the cards in my hands. Also I don’t mind my game developing some wear over time and looking played. I really appreciate the comment, Daniel!
