Its a kinda of yoke( but not cut out) but cut together with d rest of a blouse forming like kinda tube inside. Most time in this princess bustier Owanbe styles. But my question is (1) is this cut off shoulder blouse or an half blouse with peplum, because u usually say the back piece is 1 or 1.5 inches longer.     Ur cutting is extra sharp and perfect. Pls, how can I determine the under burst point when I am measuring a client. Or is under burst the same as half of half?
