I am currently painting Thranduil's Halls (just started casual playing with my brother time to time, nothing serious. I don't attend contests) and I am happy to see my army finally winning something!
Per the question about mighting up a Foresight save, the answer is yes: Q: Some special rules, such as the Goblin King’s Blubbery Mass or Malbeth the Seer’s Gift of Foresight, allow models to ignore Wounds on a dice roll as if a point of Fate had been spent. Can Might be used to alter such rolls? (p.69) A: Yes.
I love the Isengard list too - glad to hear that I'm not the only person who would take the Chieftain over Frida (and I get that he's not a named hero, but he's the OG Dunland hero . . . ).
Lothlorien is probably the easiest to collect and the most well balanced, though you will need to ally them if you want to get very competitive! Halls for Thranduil are probably the strongest by themselves, but very centred around Thranduil. Rivendell is also very solid! Go with the one you like the most :)

Great video guys! Greets from Germany. Max
Nice lists would sure liked to see more list and more pictures of the armies. Bolg had morgul arrow in legion?
Bolg still gives morgul arrows the the hunter orcs but I didn't take a bow in Bolg. That rule didn't come into play at all.

Great break down. I'm taking Thraduil's halls to an event this weekend.
Ted plays in my area a lot, I can't say I've played him as I'm usually on the bottom tables, but he's always running great lists.
Love these vids always get some juicy list ideas 😆
If you want to join us in being sweaty tryhards! 😂
@intothewestpodcast My last list was blacksheild spam so yeeeeehhhhhhhh 😆
That was nasty, you called it in your video too - if you had tremored more it would've done work! Great counter meta to hunter orc spam! Lol
@@intothewestpodcast Yeh was pretty blown away by it but also feel terrible running it 😆
7th place guy looks like a genius, all I'm saying
😂
Best Isengard player in NA?!
@@intothewestpodcast maybe
7th place has the best list for sure

What elven army do you recommend to start with? I have never played Warhammer but its my favorite faction.
Thanks a lot 😊

@@intothewestpodcast thank you so much, I'll take a look at them 😊
Why can Fimbul lead the Azogs Hunter Faction? He is only a hero of fortitude...
In a Historical Alliance, you only need a hero of fortitude to ally.
Because it is a alliance and you need a hero of valour to lead your faction, isn't it so?
Allright! Thanks!!
First 😎
