1. In January 2022 supreme court has given judgement for PRR-1 phase 1 for land which was acquired in 2007 that Bangalore Development Authority ( BDA) need not give compensation according to 2013 land acquisition act.
2. In may 2022 our land was notified by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for Peripheral Ring Road (PRR-2) phase-2 project.
3. I would like to know since our land was acquired by BDA in May 2022, can BDA deny giving compensation according to 2013 act.
