22 years, I've worked in the industry for 10+ years now, so a lot. It would have been fun to keep mental notes of all the ones i've rode, but that's far too much work.
very very difficult to get sound from the motorcycle and not the wind and road noise on the microphone. I wouldnt classify the DRZ as a loud bike even with an aftermarket exhaust.
Eh, why not? I'm always looking for a different back drop and the park was essential empty as it was dipping into the 30's (cold for Texas). That being said at two different times I had police roll by and they didn't even stop to kick me out. I was shocked because I've been kicked out just for riding BMX there.
Either yours has different gearing on it or your RPM ear needs to be recalibrated. I'm super new to riding but mine is low in RPM at 50+mph in 4th gear. These motors redline at 10k+
@@BioVisier right but that's only in 4th gear. You said yours is revving hard at 100kph(62mph). I'm assuming you're in 5th gear so I don't think 12 more mph in a higher gear would cause the bike to rev out. I haven't seen these bikes do 100mph with stock gears but definitely 90+.
OK I’m 48 years old 300 pounds haven’t ridden a motorcycle in 1520 years I’m thinking about getting this bike mostly as a daily commuters/relax on a back road kind of bike what do you think unfortunately I will have to do highway speed roughly 65 mile an hour
Don't forget to subscribe or else Suzuki will make the new DRZ400SM have less horsepower.
Typical DRZ owner Problem!!!
I like how your mirrors magically change
Flight Risk mystical! I switched to a set of 06-10 Aprilia Tuono mirrors for my wide shoulders.
Anything was better than the CRG bar end mirrors it had on it from the PO
The only negative I have with mine is my cheeks hurt from smiling so much when I ride it.
Sawyer Donnel have you considered a softer saddle? Just kidding! Any bike that makes you smile is a keeper
Yeah my balls hurt. And anus. This bike rulez!
Dude same
Great video! I have a 2017 SM. Your review is spot on.
Thanks! I try to make my reviews as accurate as possible, glad to hear owners agreeing with my opinion
Excellent review! I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Subscribed!
The disc is a 310 and not a 300mm disc ;)
Supermofools really? I neglected to bust out the ruler and went off internet specs listing the more common 300mm size
The word on the street that the stock 310 disc is pretty neat.
thats the dopest coloured DRZ i did ever see
This was really great and straight to the point.
we not gonna talk about how he decided to do a motorcycle review in the middle of a skatepark??
Anyone notice the mirrors changed?
Aaron Felix someone else caught that as well, switched to a set of 06-10 Aprilia Tuono mirrors
@@TheMotopologist yeah I'm about to pick one of these up. Just getting all the info I can.
Aaron Felix lift with your legs, not your back. Lol
How many bikes have you ridden? How long have you been riding?

Omg that skatepark is nice
Anyone see the dead dog at 4:00 😭😭
And his mate looking at him at 3.59
Is this a loud bike? Video never does justice to sound

I skate there!
I stray more towards Shaylah Dame, but will session brushy on some early mornings
Cool. But why are you standing in a skatepark???

How can this possibly be going 100MPH? that's 160kph there abouts. I have one and its revving hard at 100 KPH

@@atypical_moto Hey man. Yeah, 50 is about 80kph. I can do that quite well but 100mph is 160kph... I don't think I can do that.

they rev higher than you think :P
@@atypical_moto 97mph on my 2018s 250lb gorrilla on her back
You're reading the text way too fast for me to follow. Either talk slower or speak without a pre-written text.
Magic mirrors. Cooool
