This recipe remained hidden from us for a very long time! The perfect dinner for the family!
Recipe and ingredients:
Boil 7 potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
1 chicken, removing excess meat.
Rub the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Crush 4 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons olive oil, 40 grams butter, fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
Fry the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Cut the cooked card in half.
Add pepper, paprika, rosemary and fry for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce and tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey and mix everything together.
Coat the chicken well with the sauce.
Cover with foil and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
Chop 100 g cabbage, 2 cucumbers, 1 tomato and parsley.
Salt and olive oil, mix everything well.
