I'm proud of Brooke bonding with Thierry such a proud moment not to mention Brooke got the closure she needed by some time with her son.

What they did when Thierry was born was a difficult thing to do, giving a baby up for adoption is not easy for anyone. When I was pregnant I thought about giving mine up for adoption as I just didn’t believe I was capable of being a parent but as soon as I gave birth I just knew that I couldn’t give her away because I wasn’t strong enough, it’s good to know that Ollie and Brooke got that closure
Rebecca Bailey OA my 1 Year and 1/2 full blood related little Sister Macey gave up her Son to our Aunt/Lindsey’s Step-Aunt Holly and her Wife Andrea I can tell it must’ve been hard for Macey to do so but I’m glad she did our of all the horrible things she’s done for once she did something decent. But I’m glad that you’re a Mother I can understand why you felt so hard to give up your Daughter. Aren’t you glad you didn’t go through with it????

you cant know if your capable of being a good mum or dad if you dont try. giving your child away is just a excuse to not have a baby in your life. you made him/her its the childs right to know his/her real mum and dad. its the childs right.
i don’t think it’s fair how the mum said they hadn’t grown up, they’ve showed they have by giving them their son - a grown up decision

Nice to see the Hollyoaks writers acknowledge a character they created and then bring them back later. Much better than when they brought Nico back just so she could give birth and then get killed off again and then that child play no part on any future storylines 😆
Plus I really miss the old Ollie actor. He would've bonded so much more emotionally and realistically with Thierry but I guess he had his reasons for leaving the show.

Corrie Scenes when I first saw them on screen adopting Thierry I saw a comment saying “Those are Brooke’s Parents” and then they corrected that one by saying “Those are the actresses Parents.” I never thought I’d see those two on scree again.

I wish they could have created a storyline where Thierry was actually around his parents. Research proves that parental loss, no matter the reason is extremely traumatizing for a child and negatively effects their development. They will always be his parents and the way the show has written Brooke as a teen parent who put a child up for adoption feels so forced and ableist. They seem to just use her neurodivergency as a cop-op to making a full fledge character. It is so frustrating to so many of us in the neurodivergent community because we never get representation with topics such as pregnancy, parenthood, and adoption.

@@scottpowell1034 Actually it was Maya who caused the explosion according to Ethan not Becky. But I’ll admit Celeste didn’t deserve to die she should’ve been locked up in a birdcage like Toby. Plus when I saw him killing “Lisa” at the hotel with that fire poker out of anger, dislike, jealousy and rage it reminded me of a similarity of Ben Weston and they both tried to frame their Triple Brother Mitchell for it and Ben tried to frame Chad for the 3 murders Ben Weston committed.

laci OA Oliver is the reason why he went on drugs because he gave up Brooke’s and his Son Thierry. I’m glad Brooke spent a little bit of time with him though they (Brooke) at least deserved to know that he was coming to the village.

Note: I just read up on Thierry and the adoption.
1. Was anyone else annoyed with the adoptive parents. Specifically the lady with the tacky red dye job. Every line she ha was just condescending and made me wish Ollie and Brooke did try to kidnap the kid.
Plus they seem to be the type of parents wholl en up gaslighting Thierry when he starts asking about his birth parents. Telling him that his birth parents didnt care enough about him and the like.
2. As it stands now, I have no sympathy for Brooke. The choice to give Thierry up was mainly theirs, and they dang near pushed Ollie into going along with it.
And apparently, they wanted to pretend the kid never existed instead of working it out properly with Ollie. Now they decided to force themselves into an important event that was supposed to be for Luke, a man dying of dementia, and make an unnecessary drama, which could lead to the adopters being even more determined to keep the boy away from them.
And I really dont care about the excuse of them "having the right to know" because I know that if the roles had been reversed, Brooke could have alienated Ollie and nobody would take iissue with it.
3. Whats making everyone comment about Ollie's maturity. All I know is that he got hooked on drugs, which isnt really about being mature or not.
Anyone know why the other ollie left?

Oh my OA I feel so sorry for Brooke they had a right to know about Thierry considering they’re his Mother. OA Oliver really had no right to not tell them about Thierry coming to the village I really also can see that things aren’t going to go well with #Bripley considering that it seems their relationship is falling apart. OA Ripley should also have a storyline for once they deserve one along with Dave, Honour, Lizzie, Mason and Sam I really love that Family. OA I know what you all think about Brooke and Ripley and you think they’re’s both annoying but just face it your just gonna have to get used to both of the actresses and characters being in the village. OA also it was wonderful to see Brooke’s Parents in the show again I really think those two should stay in the village permanently and be in the opening titles tambien. OA also according to spoilers Brooke doesn't know how to feel after their emotional reunion with Thierry yesterday, so Ripley suggests they speak to Ollie. OA I think they should actually speak to Honour instead. However, a comment from Brooke makes Ripley question their relationship. OA oh no please don't break them up! Ripley fears that they can't give Brooke what they want or deserve, and they have a heartbreaking talk about their future. OA oh please no please don't break those two up! OA I thought at first Thierry was going to come back to the village as a Teenager or a young Adult but I guess I was wrong I didn't really think he was going to come back as a two or three Year old but either way I am glad he got to see his Biological Parents even though it'll be hard for him to remember growing up. What do you guys think???? 🤔

My soulmate met an elder Female when she came to Mr. Chicken Express and she couldn’t remember what to decide and someone was there with her and told him she had FTD. The way how Addison looked at her he just felt so sorry for her and sad at the same time.
