    Would have loved a warm-up/cool down, but great video! I love how long it took to get through one circuit so I didn't get bored doing the same movements over and over.

    Any tips please on how to mantain equilibrium while doing the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift?

      Push into the ground with your heel, flex your core and slightly bend at the knee to help balance. Go slowly and steadily. Start by just going far enough to reach your knee, and as you practice try to get closer and closer to the ground
