North Head through the park, down to Shelly, around to and along Manly, up over to Freshie, arounds the rocks to Curl Curl, and then up to Dee Why. Beautiful route, about 14k all up. I’ve just run the first 5k of your video on my treadmill and really enjoyed it. (I’m in sunny Turkey so it’s too hot to run outdoors still). I took it steady at 9km/hr and the distance brought me home in about 34 minutes. Your counter was about 300mtrs in front by the time I got to 5k on my machine which is more accurate than a great many other virtual runs I’ve undertaken so, well done, pretty good and the Australian scenery made it very nice indeed, many thanks for the content 👌🏻🙏🏻

You will find the average pace of each run at the end of the intro (at the top of the screen). In this case it was 6.26/km. It was a very hot day, the route is also quite demanding... best regards! 🏃🌴🌊
@@VirtualRunningTVI use them all the time when I’m running on the treadmill. I like the one with background music in them, better than the with ambient one. I prefer running with music.
Good run, way to maintain a good pace. Beautiful location! Love the high camera angle as I'm 6'3" (192cm) so I love the view, it also helps to not feel like your gonna run into someone when it gets tight. You also show good runners etiquette which does matter. I run on the treadmill 5 days per week and it's hard to find a good consistent running channel that does it right. I used to marathon but now I'm a disable vet so the treadmill is my only way. I always look for runs that are 50 minutes to an hour. Thank you for not doing the 90 degree camera turn on us as for a treadmill runner that causes vertigo. Look forward to running more with you. -Cheers from the Rocky Mountains USA

I'm sorry that I'm replying after such a long time, I've been a bit busy lately :( This is one of my first videos, sometimes I changed the direction of running too abruptly...
