How To Make a Paper Boat That Floats - Origami
Welcome to my toturial in which i will give you the instructions for a cool paper boat that really floats. In this video I use thicker paper (colour set) which will make the boat more stable, but the origami boat will be harder to make. You can use thin paper to make it easier but the boat could break/tear sooner.
The last step may be a bit difficult. I couldn't do it the first time either but if you practice a few times you'll get it.

If you really want it to float mark it with crayon all over before folding the wax with waterproof it.
I got a idea to make it float with our absorbing water, add tinfoil to the bottom and tape it to the sides
Papyrus or cardborad just dont mess with it and it will be awsome but that works just as much

Papyrus actually nvm i talked to my dad about it and since hes a science genius (he won 8 science fairs) he told me tin foil and aluminum foil will make it sink because when you try to tape it under your basicly making alot more holes in it and cardboard absorbs even mire water than paper soooo yee

We had to do this for a school project make a boat out of 1 sheet of paper that can actually float and this helped a lot Thnxs m8
I would suggest taping the bottom in tin foil or something you can fold to make sure the bottom doesn’t get soggy

Guys if anyone is looking for simply a decoration boat then I used traditional origami paper, it turns out a bit smaller but looks quite a bit better, for decoration

At first I thought that the paper would rip apart but it did not so I made it first try (I struggeled really hard D8 )
This is a great tutorial. The only problems are that you are going too slow and you need to add some audio. Other than that, it is perfect! Thanks for the video!

good job but can u do it a lil bit slower it was it was so awesome it did floated for about 3 minutes I was so happy because I made so much boats and and when I did like about practice about 5 more times I memorized it thank you so much I am so happy but I think it will be better to learn it faster if you would like to eat or if you don't it's fine or just put some music on atleast thank you for making this video
