He is talking about samasamadhi. The highest level of samadhi for mortal people. It's after you achieve enlightenment. It's a choice by the person to leave their body behind, and their spirit ascends into a higher dimension of existence where the ego is gone and everything is one. But the body is left lifeless. Sadghuru is an enlightened master and could do this whenever he wants and knows this power and meditation practice. He has also taught others how to do it. So the interviewer is asking why he hasn't ascended yet. So he is replying and saying that he still has purpose here. It's a very fascinating and almost impossible to imagine truth. Look up samasamadhi if you want to learn more of it. There are many people who have done it, actually even some live video recorings.
