LEGO man was riding the rails behind a LEGO Tank Engine. He had loved doing this since he was a little boy. Alighting at the station, LEGO man walked towards the steamy and looked inside. The Driver noticed LEGO man's enthusiasm. "Come on up." An offer LEGO man couldn't refuse. The figure climbed into the cab, glad to warm his hands in front of the glowing fire. He got a second invite to ride on the footplate. "Yes please," said LEGO man happily. "Want to tug the whistle chain?" invited the Driver. LEGO man tugged the whistle chain. "Peep!" tooted the tank engine loudly. She took off giving her new friend a wonderful ride along the line. Nothing could possibly be better than this. At the end of the journey, LEGO man got down from the footplate as black as the Ace of Spades. From head to foot that is. Sounds a lot like me doing the same thing, doesn't it? Who wouldn't want a ride in a steam engine's cab? Another day, LEGO man was babysitting a neighbour's daughter. Not something he was particularly good at. The little girl was stubborn and hard to please, yet at the mention of ice cream on the beach, she turned good as gold. She apologised for being so hard to please and was forgiven. LEGO man had to laugh off the incident. He might not be a very good babysitter, but he always found a way to make up for what he lacked in experience. No use crying over spilt milk, as they say.
