*i have seen thousands of law videos including all big youtubers (bcz im from karnataka nd preparing for the judicial services nd in these field we must know the legal terms like this video actionable claim. in our regional language we learn everything but fall short of these terms which affect our future and of course having hard time to understand bookish law language) . but the way of your teaching (means explaning each section, each line of section, of bare act) it enables us to read law in 'lawful' manner and bonus we understand the section and concept as well. it is very helpful for those who cant read english law language and it will be helpful in the future. hence i beg u not to change the method of teaching. and most important part the examples or illustrations you teach thats the best part for me. bcz no matter how tough the section is it will be understood just by going through one illustration. so here i m not exaggerating but your method is th best to learn sections, illustrations most imp th bookish english law. so thank you for the efforts*
sir agar wo money vapas de deta hai fir second wala person uska house return n kare to isme first wale person ka to action lene ka right ho sakta hai n ??

If breach of contract is not included in actionable claim then the example which you gave, the cotton bales example, that is contradictory to this principle. Please reply. Thanks in advance❤️✨️
Little Mistake - In 2nd point of First Slide I have written that it's immovable property.
But actually it's Movable Property.
Thank you
