Matchless G50 500cc Racing Motorcycle 1961 - Malcolm Clark

This Matchless G50 is perhaps one of the rarest and most desirable period racing motorcycles being one of only approximately 180 produced. Our example is one of the most revered G50s having been campaigned very successfully, since the early 1970s until around 2010 by Malcolm Clark. In its later years it was no stranger to racing at Goodwood revival where Malcolm achieved several podium finishes. This motorcycle has always been fastidiously maintained and beautifully presented whilst in Malcolm’s ownership. Subsequently and under new ownership this beauty has been carefully stored and occasionally paraded which has provided an exhilarating spectacle. This motorcycle will be available to view at the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show at Stafford on 15th and 16th October 2022.
