Never apologize for being emotional. I unfortunately have pretty much everything that anyone in our family has had wrong with them. Sometimes we just need to cry for a moment then move on and enjoy our lives. Sometimes it gets overwhelming and that’s ok. It’s what we do with ourselves after our little cries that matters. I have a very upbeat personality but every once in awhile….

A long time friend has drop foot. She was told that it was caused by the chemotherapy she had. She has a brace that she has to wear. Enjoy seeing the temu hauls. I have ordered from temu but have not fallen down the temu rabbit hole! Hahaha

Karen, my husband developed drop foot after an injury ( not on his foot) he wore a brace, took physical therapy and for a while had to use a cane. He hated them all but they worked, he no longer has a problem though it took close to a year to get it back to normal. Hope they have you doing some of that stuff.
