I've added molotov cocktail's to my eco raid kit: A pocket full of them, a pair of super soakers, along with a basic raid base filled with more cocktails, meds, and a small bit of water to fill the soakers. Since a double wooden door takes a single Cocktail, I parkour to many top of bases that have them while they've got sheet metal doors on ground level. From there, I can find some place to scout for soft sided parts and get to spearing/jackying in.
I love the new molotovs, but I'm worried that they're op and Facepunch is gonna nerf em. I think they're perfect but what other tier 2 weapon can match them? Just sayin, they practically make wooden doors useless. Takes 4 or so to breach a wooden ceiling, I found that out just yesterday.
Yea, I'm hoping they don't nerf them.

@@lilmike2710 I don't think they'll nerf them. It's a tier 2 item, making doors viable post wipe for a few hours. If one was smort, they'd build a maze of single doors to deplete the stock of cocktails. Its not a cheap item to craft either; even if you start with a horse poo farm to gather enough diesel to smelt to low grade from shops, most will have to see diesel as a more valuable item: hoard it for your self or sell it off to clans.
@@berserkervtuber6285 Good point. But we can agree that they're at least op, in that, they'll inevitably change the way we play. Since it's a T2 item, the only time players can be safe at least for a few hours, with a wooden door or 2 with an airlock, is after a forced wipe. But like you said, after players have been grinding for a while mere wooden doors will be pointless.
At least with the flame thrower it took a fair amount of time to break a door. Had to recharge fuel at least once and it makes a steady noise that's easier for a counter raider to pinpoint. Hell, now we need 2 airlocks I guess. If a player wants to waste 8 molotovs to yoink a bunch of prim gear and components then they deserve it. 😁
And again, I love them. I think they're great. I guess I'm just hoping they don't nerf them. ✌️
You could use the bridge as a trap is they haven't patched it by putting a wall sideways under them placing a landmind on top then place a floor and when someone steps on it it will still pop memeio did it

@@SebbyK29 we played together for a month on one of your vanilla villages. My name was roy Rogers. It was nice playing with ya and keep up the great work brother.
He crafted the Tier 2 at Outpost or Bandit using the Tier 1 there. He farmed roads to get a gun and cloth, maybe recycled to get buy smoke grenades and break down into pistol ammo, then ran the tunnels to get components, came up at Outpost/Bandit, recycled, crafted the Tier 2, bought resources, then went to make his base.

Or he had base somewhere with huge population and made too many enemies so he tried to make secondary base to hide his loot from raiders.

Ive watched your videos after that one time Welyn had to recruit your services...And you are the Eco King 🤣...Only way to remain safe is to build an ordinary looking base not too small and easy to break into but definitely not too eye catching or else the Eco King would see that as a challenge😭🤣

The guy you killed who had the t2 and custom did what I do when I get my start as a solo. He ran road to the way to outpost. Then ran Trains with crossy nail gun until he had a ful inv of comps. When he was done came back to outpost recycled got a gun from a shop crafted a T2 researched pistol bullet from the gun then recycled smoke nades to get gp for pistol bullets.
Came here to say this. Either it works and you have an easy T2 start, or you get railroaded like this guy and quit the server.

Likely found a decayed base that had scrap, HQM and a gun. Probably couldn't pick up the workbench there, but was able to use the resources he found to craft a T2.

I think the guy who had the tier 2 and custom and stuff probably spawned in and ran lots of monuments because he had a used blue card, went to outpost to recycle and craft the tier 2 using the tier 1 in outpost, bought the custom from a shop that might’ve been selling them for scrap

I make Eco rating so un-fun. When I'm on a high pop server I don't even start going out Barrel smashing until I have my base secured minimal three wood doors or two metal doors into wood doors. If you waste your hours of time going deep on my base, all you're going to get is a little bit of building material. Even when I start collecting Loot and get my base bigger I work on my base equally to the amount of time I am out looting so that no matter what when you raid me you lose. The only way people make gains is at the end of the wipe when I just stopped caring about making my base more secure. Once I get into tier 3 gear I'm done anyway.
