@@rheeryder2524 I'll be in Greensboro. It's a lot cheaper than the Philadelphia suburbs. For the 3 bedroom house I'll be renting in NC, it would be the same for the cost of a two bedroom apartment in PA, and there's not much available.
@@xihearthe80sx I grew up in Raleigh and went to undergrad in Charlotte 🤗 I love NC, but currently living in the dc suburbs. I concur that NC isn’t too much more affordable than the bigger cities anymore, but Greensboro prices haven’t risen as much as Raleigh and Charlotte. Glad you were able to find something reasonable 😊
