To the girls that read this message- I want you to know that it doesn't matter of what you eat and it doesn't matter if your not skinny, because your still beautiful ❤️ I myself am not that thin, and I wish that I were more active because I'm at least 209 pounds but I don't let my weight bug me. Even if you aren't skinny and wish to be skinny, please do it the healthy way. Refusing to eat and eating salads is not all that healthy. While our bodies need vegetables, we also need lots of iron and protein and meat contains a lot of iron, where as vegetables really don't. And if someone has told you, " OMG, your so fat! Like all you eat are burgers and fish sticks! " Then I'm here to tell you that you are not fat or even close to that by what you eat. It's only *how* you eat it. If you want to loose a few pounds, try doing portion control(this is advice to the people that actually are a bit on the heavier side btw) like, sure you can eat a burger. But I would advise to put less of a bun and more meat and cheese and also please lessen the sauces. Sauces are also processed and aren't all the healthy if you drown your burger in sauces. Same things go for all foods Like salads, pasta, pizza, chicken, fish(although fish is a pretty healthy and light food), shrimp and etc. But all advice aside, you all are not ugly by how you look or your weight, and even if you don't look the prettiest you are still beautiful on the inside 💕

i hate this thing certain schools are told to do which are added in to making sure ur healthy which are BMI's telling u if ur overweight or underweight when the numbers are very low i mine said i was overweight because i weigh more than 99 kilos or it was probably higher but its basically just body shaming people leading people into critical amounts of anxiety and depression
