Instead of dissociating from or dissing our “broken” bodies, when you heal your relationship with it and all its memories and love it for being the incredible vehicle through which we experience our very much wanted incarnation, it can be life changing. Instead of referring to my body as a meat suit (the language of my spiritual mentor), I think of it as the vehicle that carries my light into this world. ❤️✨🙏🏻
I don't really see the distinction between meat suit and vehicle to be honest, seems like they're just different words for the same thing, and I think they both sound detached, like something we're inside. The way I look at it is that there is no distinction between my "light" and my body, I see the body as the literal 3D manifestation of the energy nexus that I'm perceiving the All from. We're all the All, but we're also split into concentrated points of energy that absorbs more energy from it's surroundings in order to convert it into will in a massive network of wills that all constantly influence each others energy matrix like we're influencing each other with these words. In reality we know we're really just talking to ourselves, but we're experiencing it from the point of view of individual neurons in this network instead of as the entire brain. Kind of, you know how words fail, but it's a metaphor that works for me. The point is, I don't think our "light" or "soul" or "energy nexus" is any more permanent than our bodies, they're just temporary tools that will ultimately dissolve. Only the All is eternal, which we also are so in that sense we're enteral, but there is no truly immortal individual on any level of reality, that would serve no function.

I relate so much with this video, I went into a coma and came back in 2018 with fried adrenals & autoimmune & other illnesses, It took an entire life change, I even had to learn to rewalk and as a yoga instructor, that was so hard.. It almost broke my spirit, but I started my healing journey 2019. I am now going on awesome waterfall hikes and am working helping others who need the extra gand...but I had to rewrite my self. Ma'am, you saved my life, I was almost suicidal I thought I was dying, so much pain in my clavicle area and back, I would be on fire, respiratory issues, I kept going to the doctors, MRIs, X-rays, physicals nothing found and I kept saying something is wrong and nobody believes me😔i cried out so intense to the Creator and he removed my fears, I vibrated so hard one day it scared me something said get in the bath and pray. I've had same symptoms, after a huge "revelation/Kundalini raise/awakening.Sometimes had energy like 3 "normal" people &' sometimes tired/exhausted like a 110 year old, lm 68. I never use doctors, so no diagnoses at all, but l feel l pain I 70-80% of my body?. Feel lm leaving the Earth plane pretty soon, maaaybe a few years, but if clear signs of a 180 dg reverse of system on Earth, l wanna stay/live forever. I'm a runner and I run long patches of rocks and never slow down . There's and internal acceptance and knowing and just trusting my body. Zero injuries when running in flow.
I grew up in the forest, we used to run through the woods full speed as kids, and we figured out if you don't look down, just run, our bodies would handle the terrain on their own. We rarely fell and never got hurt.

Someone's head would roll for this - the wine had run dry. A social catastrophe. Worse, a mark of disrespect staining the honor of the host family. I sat among the guests, my mother beside me. Her eyes, always expressive, flickered towards the empty wine jars and then back to me. In that unspoken glance, a memory ignited, a recollection from a past life. "That was my last incarnation," I murmured, a confession only she could hear. Her gasp was barely audible, yet the shift within her was undeniable. Shock, yes, but beneath it burned a wild hope. "I remember everything...Jesus, they called me." Doubt clouded the faces of those who overheard. Who could blame them? I wore the garb of a common laborer, no halo adorned my head, no celestial glow marked my presence. Yet, that same power stirred within me - not as a claim to glory, but a thrumming connection to the wellspring of creation. I had returned, not in a whirlwind of light and thunder, but in the guise of the most ordinary of men. Sensing the undercurrent of disbelief, I gestured to a servant, a young man frozen by the disarray. "Bring me those water jars," I instructed, pointing to the six stone vessels meant for ritual cleansing. He obeyed, his movements hesitant. The water sloshed ponderously as it filled the jars to the brim. "You claim to be the Son of God, yet offer nothing but parlor tricks," a voice sneered from the crowd. A smile tugged at my lips - not out of arrogance, but from a deeper understanding. "Tricks have their place. They jolt us from the familiar, plant seeds of wonder. Sometimes, that wonder is the fertile ground where belief can take root." I reached into my tunic, revealing not some mystical relic, but a small, worn leather pouch. "This was a gift, years ago," I explained, my fingers tracing the faded stitching. "A spice merchant brought it, calling it 'wine from the desert' - dried, concentrated, designed to slake a traveler's thirst after long, parched journeys." I untied the pouch, revealing fine, crimson powder within. A generous handful dissolved instantly into the water, swirling into clouds of ruby brilliance. The heady fragrance of grapes filled the air, a tantalizing promise. "Take this to the master of the feast," I said to the servant, whose eyes now mirrored the astonishment of the crowd. The feast erupted. Ecstatic cries followed the servant as he carried the transformed water. Glasses filled with the rich, intoxicating liquid, mistaken for the finest vintage. Questions swirled like a tempest, demanding explanations I could ill afford to give. The miracle was both a marvel of simple chemistry and a distant echo of that divine spark. A reminder that within the most ordinary - the dust of the road, a spoonful of desert spice - the extraordinary resided, ready to be revealed by either human ingenuity or the slightest touch of the divine.
Man, starting at around 53:00 minutes she really nails it when she starts talking about stepping away from patriarchal mindsets and concepts of spirituality, as well as doing the "lower" work or shadow work. One of my favorite teachers (Irene Lyon) says "we need more dark workers" and I think that's so true. I so wish that Michael would learn about nervous system healing and nervous system regulation. It's really painful to hear about him doing cold swims and stuff like that when I'm pretty sure his nervous system is in a state of functional freeze.
This interview is very timely for me. Recently, I have been on a quest to open up more in terms of my intuition and connection to guides. My interest was sprung from a feeling of being brought to my knees. I need help. Divine help. I am making a mess on my own. Time to ask for help. I have only started so I know these things take time but of course, I wish it came more naturally and have been wondering if there are any blocks to getting there. About 50 min into this interview, Christina starts talking about how if our heart is closed, it doesn't matter how developed our third eye is because you are only going to be seeing distortions and the third eye will be totally malfunctioning. This is a synchronicity to another video I watched just prior to this interview. It was an interview with Jordan Peterson by Chris Williamson. Ironically, also approx 50 min into that interview, Jordan starts talking about intuition. He was emphasizing the importance of being honest. I assume he meant especially with ourselves. He said, if you lie, you program yourself falsely and you see what isn't there. He said if you get in a habit of lying, you pathologize your intuition. Wow. Synchronicity. Breadcrumb trail. Christina just said you need to develop your lower chakras first. Total confirmation. In addition, a few days ago, I watched another interview on Gaia's Open Minds with Marguerite Rigoglioso of the Seven Sisters Mystery school. Her beliefs are quite fantastical with regards to bringing back the divine feminine and the history of the godesses and dragons. I am not sure what to believe but it is all quite interesting. The take away here though, is she also says we need the return of the feminine, in cooperation with the divine masculine (not to be confused with the toxic masculine that we have seen). Christina has also touched on all of this. Amazing interview. Thank you both.

I was unaware that during a treatment of ketamine for treatment resistant disorders. I was UNAWARE of the speed in which my awakening would happen when i was at the peak of taking the 12 treatments, then 3 to wean off. I can now go back for boosters when i feel i need it. Since August i have not had to go back yet, at this point. I also experienced my kindalina awakening. I knew something took place, along came Christina! To explain it all, it was the exact symptoms i had felt wete all in line with her narrative. It was either the second or third synchronicity. I learned about the last chakra/the hidden womb chakra. I went through days of pain in my abdomen, my womb no longer exists, so the energy was touching something that caused several days of a painful abdomen.

In 2017 after my dad had passed and tgen my sisters suicide, along with my daughter and I losing any and all attachments right down to our clothes from fowl play with my father'sWill. Ironically, im the only child of my parents of 48 yrs. After the shock and trama wore off I awoke into bliss and an inner peace over never felt. That was 2017. The past two yrs I've been to t totally sick. Last year bronchitis/covid/bronchitis. This year an upper respitory infection for a month.I have the flu. .I'm holding onto something that needs to come out. Always a rock to put my foot on! And so it is. 🎉
Our Lungs hold grief. Have you perhaps skipped feeling ALL the grief and loss? Maybe there is another layer? Are you holding on to that grief for your daughter because she can’t handle it?
Omg . I so indentify with Christina I have some powerful shifts and owning the old habits and shedding my shadow life . With a huge Kundilini awakening and I felt like I had the flu for months. I was a huge powerlifter all my life I basically quit because my body was so fatigued. This was in a course of about 2 years to this point of calmness. I'm experiencing laser focus brain intuition with almost all things. And im slowing myself down so much I almost stopped working and I resented the system that broke me before my awakening. But I choose love and kindness that took alot of time. But im at peace most of my days and I'm back to my old human habits . Lifting heavy weights and helping others. Love this newlife.
Years ago when I discovered I could speak to my higher self she was always telling me to get into my heart space get into my heart space… And finally, I said yeah but what about the third eye and she said get into your heart space and treat the third eye, as if you have a periscope going from your heart to your third eye… So it's still into the heart space… And lately I have been working with my first and second chakras a lot and they are just as mystical magical as the fifth and sixth and seventh
Raised by a father who could be very vindictive at times and couldn’t tolerate the sight of us, just like his mother couldn’t tolerate the sight of him and rejected him at birth. I learned to navigate a volatile environment where doing something wrong, or saying one wrong word could lead to escalation and devastation. It was very confrontational to realize that unconsciously my programming wanted chaos. Before accusing someone of wronging or rejecting you, I invite you to do somatic inquiry. Check into your body as you may be surprised to uncover deep-seated programming driven by repression that has been shaping your perception all along.

Ahhh. Two of my favorite spiritual teachers are having a conversation, and it brings me immense joy. The stifling heat of the Galilean sun pressed down upon the wedding feast. The air crackled with tension as murmurs rose, whispers of disappointment slicing through the fading remnants of laughter. Someone's head would roll for this - the wine had run dry. A social catastrophe. Worse, a mark of disrespect staining the honor of the host family.
I sat among the guests, my mother beside me. Her eyes, always expressive, flickered towards the empty wine jars and then back to me. In that unspoken glance, a memory ignited, a recollection from a past life.
"That was my last incarnation," I murmured, a confession only she could hear. Her gasp was barely audible, yet the shift within her was undeniable. Shock, yes, but beneath it burned a wild hope. "I remember everything...Jesus, they called me."
Doubt clouded the faces of those who overheard. Who could blame them? I wore the garb of a common laborer, no halo adorned my head, no celestial glow marked my presence. Yet, that same power stirred within me - not as a claim to glory, but a thrumming connection to the wellspring of creation. I had returned, not in a whirlwind of light and thunder, but in the guise of the most ordinary of men.
Sensing the undercurrent of disbelief, I gestured to a servant, a young man frozen by the disarray. "Bring me those water jars," I instructed, pointing to the six stone vessels meant for ritual cleansing. He obeyed, his movements hesitant. The water sloshed ponderously as it filled the jars to the brim.
"You claim to be the Son of God, yet offer nothing but parlor tricks," a voice sneered from the crowd.
A smile tugged at my lips - not out of arrogance, but from a deeper understanding. "Tricks have their place. They jolt us from the familiar, plant seeds of wonder. Sometimes, that wonder is the fertile ground where belief can take root." I reached into my tunic, revealing not some mystical relic, but a small, worn leather pouch.
"This was a gift, years ago," I explained, my fingers tracing the faded stitching. "A spice merchant brought it, calling it 'wine from the desert' - dried, concentrated, designed to slake a traveler's thirst after long, parched journeys." I untied the pouch, revealing fine, crimson powder within. A generous handful dissolved instantly into the water, swirling into clouds of ruby brilliance. The heady fragrance of grapes filled the air, a tantalizing promise.
"Take this to the master of the feast," I said to the servant, whose eyes now mirrored the astonishment of the crowd.
The feast erupted. Ecstatic cries followed the servant as he carried the transformed water. Glasses filled with the rich, intoxicating liquid, mistaken for the finest vintage. Questions swirled like a tempest, demanding explanations I could ill afford to give. The miracle was both a marvel of simple chemistry and a distant echo of that divine spark. A reminder that within the most ordinary - the dust of the road, a spoonful of desert spice - the extraordinary resided, ready to be revealed by either human ingenuity or the slightest touch of the divine.

Man, starting at around 53:00 minutes she really nails it when she starts talking about stepping away from patriarchal mindsets and concepts of spirituality, as well as doing the "lower" work or shadow work. One of my favorite teachers (Irene Lyon) says "we need more dark workers" and I think that's so true. I so wish that Michael would learn about nervous system healing and nervous system regulation. It's really painful to hear about him doing cold swims and stuff like that when I'm pretty sure his nervous system is in a state of functional freeze.

This interview is very timely for me. Recently, I have been on a quest to open up more in terms of my intuition and connection to guides. My interest was sprung from a feeling of being brought to my knees. I need help. Divine help. I am making a mess on my own. Time to ask for help. I have only started so I know these things take time but of course, I wish it came more naturally and have been wondering if there are any blocks to getting there. About 50 min into this interview, Christina starts talking about how if our heart is closed, it doesn't matter how developed our third eye is because you are only going to be seeing distortions and the third eye will be totally malfunctioning. This is a synchronicity to another video I watched just prior to this interview. It was an interview with Jordan Peterson by Chris Williamson. Ironically, also approx 50 min into that interview, Jordan starts talking about intuition. He was emphasizing the importance of being honest. I assume he meant especially with ourselves. He said, if you lie, you program yourself falsely and you see what isn't there. He said if you get in a habit of lying, you pathologize your intuition. Wow. Synchronicity. Breadcrumb trail. Christina just said you need to develop your lower chakras first. Total confirmation.
In addition, a few days ago, I watched another interview on Gaia's Open Minds with Marguerite Rigoglioso of the Seven Sisters Mystery school. Her beliefs are quite fantastical with regards to bringing back the divine feminine and the history of the godesses and dragons. I am not sure what to believe but it is all quite interesting. The take away here though, is she also says we need the return of the feminine, in cooperation with the divine masculine (not to be confused with the toxic masculine that we have seen). Christina has also touched on all of this.

I was unaware that during a treatment of ketamine for treatment resistant disorders. I was UNAWARE of the speed in which my awakening would happen when i was at the peak of taking the 12 treatments, then 3 to wean off. I can now go back for boosters when i feel i need it. Since August i have not had to go back yet, at this point. I also experienced my kindalina awakening. I knew something took place, along came Christina! To explain it all, it was the exact symptoms i had felt wete all in line with her narrative. It was either the second or third synchronicity. I learned about the last chakra/the hidden womb chakra. I went through days of pain in my abdomen, my womb no longer exists, so the energy was touching something that caused several days of a painful abdomen.

In 2017 after my dad had passed and tgen my sisters suicide, along with my daughter and I losing any and all attachments right down to our clothes from fowl play with my father'sWill. Ironically, im the only child of my parents of 48 yrs. After the shock and trama wore off I awoke into bliss and an inner peace over never felt. That was 2017. The past two yrs I've been to t totally sick. Last year bronchitis/covid/bronchitis. This year an upper respitory infection for a month.I have the flu. .I'm holding onto something that needs to come out. Always a rock to put my foot on! And so it is. 🎉

Omg . I so indentify with Christina I have some powerful shifts and owning the old habits and shedding my shadow life . With a huge Kundilini awakening and I felt like I had the flu for months. I was a huge powerlifter all my life I basically quit because my body was so fatigued. This was in a course of about 2 years to this point of calmness. I'm experiencing laser focus brain intuition with almost all things. And im slowing myself down so much I almost stopped working and I resented the system that broke me before my awakening. But I choose love and kindness that took alot of time. But im at peace most of my days and I'm back to my old human habits . Lifting heavy weights and helping others. Love this newlife.
