    Your workout splits look solid they just confuse me. The reason why I say this is because I have most of my day spread out for example. Monday explosive movement cleans snatches. Tuesday recovery Wednesday is a little bit slower heavy movement day like squats single leg stuff like single leg quad extensions barbel split squats. And like hip thrust stuff. Thursday upper body. Saturday is cleans with some plyos Sunday off

      I load everything all up at once with a days break in between taking recovery very seriously, the weights I'm moving are relatively light compared to my maxes, so my CNS isn't struggling, the plan is to just keep going up incrementally from here so it's all much easier🔥🔥🔥
