Took the axe to the pond many times. When I fed square bales, it was an everyday thing. Round bales lasted long enough to make it through the better part of a week. With the exception of our alfalfa field, we didn’t need to replant anything. We filled the manure spreader full of the winter’s loads by the barn and feeders, spread it in Spring, and then run a spike-toothed harrow over the pastures to disperse the piles. We’d get 3 good cuts off our hayfields and enough alfalfa to choke a haybine - except for a rare drought...then we might get 2 cuttings.
Usually we get 2 cuttings, every once in a while we would get 3. I have had it a couple of times where coastal was think to choke this little baler. Now I do get into some thick Johnson grass. Thanks for watching
I've got a Rebel 5410. Im trying to replace the haysaver wheels. I removed the center bolt and set screws from the inner and outer bearing. I still can't get the assembly off. Do you know what I'm missing? Help!
@@mickeywalker8885 I don’t even mess with taking the bearing off. It’s a pain. I just take the whole assembly off and unbolt the wheel from the hub. It’s a lot easier than messing with those bearings. Thanks for watching!!
