I know bro I'm stoked! One of the many things that the UO football program is best at is capitalizing on opportunities. These NCAA rulings are no different, Oregon has a great opportunity here with no bowl ban. We will capitalize... As for the other UO athletic programs, we are quickly rising to be one of the top athletic schools in the nation. Dont forget to mention basketball. Go Ducks! fast hard finish!

After the spring game, I'm quite concerned with the defense. The thing we have an advantage on is offense Mariota obviously will be better, Huff will be better, Lowe will be better, the offense is going to be better. However with that being said I think Stanford is also getting better and with most of their defense coming back I'm really concerned about that game.

No need to be concerned my friend... you cant have the defense play hard at a spring game. They still need to be tested though. But I believe they are better than we all think. Stanford will be very good, but they still have to go through Corvallis ... OSU, AZ, and Washington will be more competitive this year. The Pac 12 North might be even be decided at the Civil War

I love it when people act like duck fans should be ashamed that Phil Knight's money has helped our program have success. The reason the SEC has been the best is because (until very recently) they had a vastly superior TV contract, and therefore, more money. If money breeding success bothers you, then college football is not something you should be watching.

Obviously recruits feel different because they come here. #3: "Without Phil Knight this program would be nothing."? Money breeds success... welcome to college football. #4 "should be proud to boast good talent from the state"? The population of the entire state is less than that of the Seattle area, San Fran area, and a third of L.A.
