The Rory Boil fan club is where it's at. Proud to be a member! That German spread looked awesome and in a way reminded me of the German Club dinner I went to in high school. Well, the schnitzel, brats, soft pretzel and sauerkraut anyways.

I LOVE schnitzel! Those schnitzel strips look absolutely delicious! I usually have chicken schnitzel, but veal meat is also an option. Veal is traditionally used for schnitzel in Austria.
I don't eat German food much but that looks tasty and I love my mustards!

German soups and stews and such are some of the most flavorful soul warming food I’ve ever had. My best friend’s moms family is German AF and yeah they throw down.

I eat 2 TBS of sauerkraut everyday for my "gut" health, doctor recommended.
its salt and cabbage. or at least that's the way I was taught. I have a one gallon glass jar that is making it at all times. takes 18-24 days to ferment to your sour level of choice. My kids love it..
I grew up eating potato pancakes where the batter was made in a blender, so it was more like a flour pancake. I would put butter, sugar *and* syrup on them, because it masked the onion that was in the batter. I never tried it with applesauce but now I might when we make them again! Also please tell Aly she looked lovely!
