love this series, being 68, and having worked in corporate america my whole life, once I passed 40, all my bosses were younger and sometimes much younger. Think hyped up college bros who just got the job and are super intent on making their mark. A 24 year old managing a department of much older people ignoring the knowledge and especially the historical knowledge of senior partners.. Most, not all, burn out after a few years. I think the kid is a riff on this and it is brillant. The child actor is fantastic and I hope the industry recognizes her at award season.
Innie Dylan's timing is unusual. He doesn't become his outie, since he is holding the switches for the overtime protocol later in the evening, after his waffle party. Milchick cuts his belt and tackles him, then he comes out of the elevator and sees Mark S. Innie Dylan perceives being tackled as his last memory before coming out of the elevator, but time has definitely passed(weeks to months?). Also, Dylan's necktie/coat/shirt are different from when he was holding the switches to when he comes out of the elevator to see Mark S. Innie Dylan definitely goes home and definitely has his memories erased.
It's the real Helly (Helena) but I think she actually has feelings for Mark and saw that they fell in love and wants to slip into her innies place until she can tell him personally. I think Cobel's job was to find a suitable candidate to breed a new generation of kiers thus the nurse outfit and pregnancy expertise, could also explain the baby goats. The finale will see Mark having to choose between only being alive inside the chip as Lumon property with his wife or only alive on the outside helping Helly run Lumon.

I love how much poetry is in this and how well the stories of these characters are connected (also I think the guy was Italian lol)
Just to think, this is only the first episode out of ten this year! So much time for it to get even crazier.
If Helly is really Helena, she won't be able to refine data, because it takes some time to get the feelings for the numbers.
Will be interesting to see how she interacts with everyone and everything over the next few weeks!
