What do you mean, fighting Fulgur without clagger from head damage? It doesn't clagger frmo that in this quest? Why?! I'm also terrible at both it and Acidic. Odogaron also sometimes likes to troll and spawn in the super mad mode right from the start, I have no idea how to fight that >_>
Clawing adds an extra period of time that the monster stays still for so you know exactly how long you have to get your attacks in, with just relying on the flinch things can be a bit more unpredictable (plus i think you get a bit more time overall anyway to charge a greatsword hit)
yea acidic with gs is such a different fight from glav with gs though new gs chages change the fight from mhgu a lot in its own ways too new gs is great but sometimes i miss the pure hit and run of classic gs i do think acidic might have a few tail-based openings in his little samurai mode but its not really something ive looked into quite yet

Acidc's Head is only 2 star against cutting damage
Always when I fight Glavenus and Acid I feel like Greatsword is the best counter to it. I totally shred them with it
I just wish they didnt change the upgrading / skill system. I like the old systems in 4u / 3u. Everything feels more rewarding to show off.
I wish they still kept the system of having to craft decorations instead of farming them

Quick question: what is unga? I see that in the desc and I've never heard the term before...
Just go for it, like in my case, I just TCS and pray that it hit the monster.
How does that relate to unga tho?
Because that's what we call unga. Just go for it despite knowing the monster could retaliate or mess up your attack.
I like Acidic Glavenus fighting style more than Shara Ishvalda and Safi'jiiva
