A medical student only sees insulin resistance leading to probable T2 diabetes, cardiovascular issues, hormonal imbalances, joint/posture issues, etc. all prone to deterioration once entering 30s/40s and worse if having hereditary issues. High protein diet, Lifting heavy, walking 6k steps and 8 hours of sleep routine is the key.
Being a curvy girl I was always insecure about my body but when I look at you I get confidence that i don't have to be skinny and have flawless skin to be pretty ❤😊
Our generation and our parents generation is quite different so it’ll take a lot of time and patience and understanding for them to unlearn everything they’ve since they were kids. My own little brother is obese and he always give me attitude whenever I try talking him to some cardio and made me feel like I'm doing something bad by giving some useless examples like it the heart and personality that should matter blah blah blah.

I was a fat boy from childhood, my teacher used to say that" God made everyone different so accept yourself whether you are fat-thin ,rich poor" even I also don't care about my size. But After some trolling , fat shaming by one of the girl whom I liked so much deep inside my heart I took it so harshly. I worked out changed my eating habits, stayed hungry for 14 hours everyday. It took a lot to transform myself. I always believed that I can't get a slim body like models but now I can wear any clothes of my choice. Now I understand how wrong my teacher was. He is now suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. Never stay positive about your body when you can actually improve it. It's your body I can't force you but listen everyone will talk about you when you prepare yourself for marriage even your own parents talk about your figure. So accept it and start working hard rather than keeping false hopes. I think everyone should go through heartbreak for realisation. However I didn't get the girl but still it gave me a lot of scope of improvement.
I agree a bad lifestyle is not ok but that doesn't mean people can't be fat. People are fat for multiple reasons and diseases and sometimes you can be fat even after having a proper lifestyle. That doesn't mean you are unhealthy
