I was feeling like this not long ago. I spent an evening just doing self care. A bubble bath, face mask, eye mask. The works. And I put my book down because I felt like it was just making it worse trying to force your mind to do something you really aren’t in the mood and I turned on a movie. I spent hours just letting my mind relax. I felt so much better the next day. I hope you’re feeling back to your lovely self soon! 🫶🏻
