    Hi!
    Hope you don’t mind a little advice, especially from a complete amateur BUT a “home” cook…
    How am I supposed to make this tuna tartar at home? You didn’t include how you made the spicy Mayo and what normally person has all those ingredients he put on top on hand in their kitchen?
    You just need to change the title of this video and get rid of any suggestions that it’s something anyone can make at home. Also if you can’t add how to make something like the sauce say there is a link below and make sure you have the link!
    I really think you may have a spot in the UA-cam cooking world just don’t mislead your viewers like this and make sure they have some way to quickly find anything you weren’t able to include!
    I was going to send Uncle Rodger your Egg Fried Rice test/review where your friend gave him a 10 and Gordon Ramsay an 8 but feel they would eat you alive after watching the tartar video!
    I hope you don’t think I was hard on you!

      I made this with flying goose sriracha mayo and it turned out marvelous. I only cared for the base (the tuna tartar) and served it with some baguette, thinly sliced and toasted. But things like the garnish shouldn't have been hard to find at an organic store or farmers market. Of course we don't have access to a full-on kitchen and staff, but cooking is all about adapting and improvising based on flavors - and not following a set of instructions to the dot.
