There are select lines instead of enable line,, enable lines are used for decoder and encoders if I'm not wrong

yeah you put c in the middle (almost) that makes your table different

For 8:1 mux, abc are select lines and for 4:1 mux, about are select lines
Kmap is wrong for 4:1 mux, hence the solution is also wrong.
