Yeah mate completely agree. Enough is enough, time for a change in coach as there was 0 excuses on why the team couldn’t be competitive at all on the weekend unlike the past few seasons. Even though some of the players may not have “synergy” as they haven’t played together in a while there was massive lack of effort and that is all fans ask for. I couldn’t give a crap about losing but I want to see the boys give it a crack. That team on paper should at least be competitive. Well done to Barra I think he speaks on behalf of a lot of supporters that want to hear answers.
Fantastic honest presser, some garbage comments, wonder how many are from members n how many are just trolls with the same garbage comments calling for heads to roll but with no suggestion as to who will take those roles. While I am a member, I was not happy with this weeks game but I have seen so much improvement this year in the squad they just need more time to play as a squad and get some continued synergy as a group. I think given the smaller injury list we should be bringing all injured players through the WAFL to be a lot more match ready. 💙💛🏆🦅

Most of these questions shouldn’t be directed at Oscar, these are questions for the coaching group. Oscar can only take responsibility for so much, but the strategic aspect from the weekend, clear as day, was obvious. That’s the coaches failing the playing group, players had no idea what to do with the ball. Confidence comes from preparation, and we weren’t close to prepared.
That was Oscar's first time officially in the role of full time captain and gave the rousing address to the players before the game. What did he say??? That's what needs to be asked. What did you say Oscar? Never seen a bunch of guys less motivated after your prematch rev up. (joking).
Allen should of had 1 or 2 games in the WAFL to get some match fitness. Where the Eagles are there was no need to rush him back in and he has no influence in either game he has played if anything he has been detrimental to the team as he can't compete. Considering we don't have that many injuries I'm scratching my head on team selection every week and playing people in different positions and roles , how on earth is the group going to have any synergy and consistency ? It is this simple the team performance rests on the coaching staff and the team leaders as everyone on a list can play the game, but need to be pushed to get it out of them and it seems right now none of them are up to the task !( leaders and Coaches)

Coach makes a massive difference I know from experience Simmos lost the leaders of this group a long time ago even if they try to shake it off its in them they can't the coach is everything and west coast a definitely overdue for a new one. asap Or it's gonna be a merigoround.
